Dissappointing to say the least
Pros:

The chap who greeted us and checked us in was a gem. Very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal we were going to a show at the viva

Cons:

Extreme levels of noise, could not sleep for the noise from banging to music to what sounded like someone hovering outside our room door coughing at 4am. Room was VERY small space needs updating to utilise better shower was old and rusty refused to use it definately not worth the price we paid

Poor maintenance & poor food.staff very friendly though

Cons:

Poor or very little maintenance. Showered door repeatedly falling off,even after owners put it back on. Mold in shower. Toilet flush poor. Breakfast very poor, so only had on the first morning. Ate out for the following 4 days.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and I especially loved the outdoor sitting area—it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
