Was a perfect stay. Everything is within 10 minutes walk. I will definitely come back.

Pros:

綺麗だった

Cons:

部屋に入る暗証番号が最初に伝えられてたのと違った。
ホテルに連絡して謝罪もなく他の番号を伝えられた。
それでもエラーが出るため10回に一回ぐらいしか成功しない。
故障かと思ってもう一度連絡してもこっちが何回も違う番号押すからだと言われた。
1時間以上時間空けて暗証番号打つ時も一桁目を打ってエラーが出る。
こんなに不便なのに謝罪もなし、料金払うのが勿体無い。
部屋も変えてくれるか相談したら逆ギレされた。
電話に出たスタッフが外国人だったのか、上の人に代わってもらうよう伝えたが無理だと言われた。
対応が悪すぎる。

ホテルではなく、臭い、汚い、友達の部屋風な宿泊施設

立地は良いです。

Cons:

まず、部屋に独特の臭いが染み付いています。
掃除が行き届いておらず、前の人の濡れたタオルが浴室のドアにかかったままになっていたり、カーペットやクローゼットの中も髪の毛が多数落ちていたり、テレビや扇風機も埃だらけで、お世辞にも清潔とは言い難いです。
部屋にいると身体が痒くなり、ダニに数箇所刺されたので、緊急にバルサンなどの、燻煙式殺虫剤を使用するなどして、対策された方がいいと思います。

気になることはあるけど…ゆっくりはできました。
Pros:

立地がよく夜食事に行くのに便利だった。
家族4人で問題なく過ごして寝れました。
洗濯バサミなどあり助かりました！

Cons:

宿泊代プラス清掃代金がかかっている割に掃除の行き届ききれていないように感じた。
トイレの床、洗濯機の中や周辺に埃、お風呂、絨毯のシミなど気になりました。古めのワンルームなのはいいのですが、掃除がいきどどいていれば気持ち良く過ごせそうです。ベットはきれいにセッティングされていました。
