Müthiş bir fiyat hizmet dengesi
Pros:

- Otel son derece yeni, odalar sessiz, temiz ve zevkli döşenmiş.
- Kahvaltı gayet zengin, taze ve keyifliydi.
- Kapalı havuz küçük olsa da yeterliydi. Hamam, buhar odası ve sauna faal ve temizdi.
- Otopark sorunu yok
- Sapanca’ya çok yakın, etrafta çok çeşitli iyi kalitede yemek yeme imkanı var.
- Çalışanlar her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Aksaklıkları düzeltmede istekliydiler. Yorgunluklarından güler yüzlerini görmekte zorlandık.

Cons:

Genel olarak çok beğendik.Belki bayram yoğunluğuyla kimi hizmetlerde aksaklık olmuş olabilir. Biraz okyanusu geçip nehirde boğulma durumu var. Mutlaka eleştirmek gerekirse:
- 3 yataklı oda seçeneklerinde çok da rahat olmayan bir ekstra yatak sunuluyor. Kabul edilebilir yalnız iki kişilik odalar çok küçük. Hareket etmekte zorlandık.
- Bornozlar 44 bedenin üzerindeyseniz üzerinize olmayacaktır. Üstelik peştemal de yok. Biraz hazırlıklı olmanızda fayda var.
-Spa alanı küçük, havuz etrafındaki şezlonglarda dinlenmek vs mümkün olmayabiliyor.
- Spa alanı nedense fazla soğuktu
- Havlu peştemal asmak için spa alanında düşünülmüş askılar son derece yetersiz ve bence otel kalitesine uygun değil. Kullanılmış havlu için soyunma odasına yürümeniz gereklyor.
- Her kurnaya 1 hamam tası konmuş, biraz tuhaf geldi. Herkes birbirini bekledi şu dökmek için.
- 2 kişilik odalar 3 kişiye satılıyorsa mutlaka odada üç kişilik room amanity olmalıydı.

Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi çalışanlar da bi o kadar iyi.

Cons:

Girişte özellikle odaya kahvaltı için ayrı ücret almayacaklarını belirtip sabah kişi başı ücret istemeleri çok can sıkıcıydı.

Nice hotel, breakfast needs to improve.

Very helpful staff

Cons:

Breakfast was not so great. No fruit juice at all during my stay, no pastries at all today. Coffee pot was taken away today whilst breakfast was still taking place. Lady making omelettes was fantastic.
