The SPA&Wellness zone is included in the price of the stay from Monday to Friday and is open from 16:00 to 21:00. The weekend stay, i.e. Saturday and Sunday, does not include the use of the SPA&Wellness zone. The facility provides for the possibility of paid use of the SPA&Wellness zone at the weekend after a written declaration made in advance in the reservation at least one day before arrival. The cost of stay in the SPA&Wellness zone at the weekend is PLN 60 per person per 1,5 hours of use.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel.

Property has the right to temporarily block the amount due on the Guest's card before his arrival.

Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

A surcharge of PLN 40 applies for early arrivals.

Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.

Cons:

Przed przyjazdem upewniałem się w recepcji, do której godziny można składać zamówienia w restauracji hotelowej. Otrzymałem informację, że do 19:30. Niestety po przyjeździe o 19:20 powiedziano nam, że zamówień już nie przyjmują.

Bardzo słaba komunikacja ze strony obsługi. Liczyliśmy na możliwość zjedzenia kolacji po podróży, a zostaliśmy wprowadzeni w błąd.

Dodatkowo łazienka była w słabym stanie – brudne odpływy, prysznic i umywalka. Niestety standard czystości pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

obsługa na recepcji bardzo miła i ładna i kompetentna.

Cons:

słabe wygłuszenie. słychać wszystko z korytarza. okna też słabo wygłuszają zewnętrzne odgłosy.

Сподобалося те, що можна було заїхати об 11 вечора. Також сподобався сніданок. Великий розмір ліжка.

Cons:

Номер був маленький, вікна були дверми і, персонал навіть його не провітрив+відсутність кондиціонера. Старі подушки в плямах. Вода спочатку текла з коричневим відтінком, потім стала ок. І це за 110 євро, мій найгірший досвід за таку ціну.
