Lo que no me gusto que las habitaciones del 400 en adelante no contavan con agua, tenía uno que bajar a recepción avisar que pusieran el agua xq todos los días que estuve fallo el agua. Hubo días que me quedé enjabonado, solo eso me entristeció

Nada, ni parece o no es hotel, parece una vecindad y ni habia recepcion ni alguien en la puerta o en la entrada que diera informacion

No me hospede porque no habia una recepcion ni una oficina de quien me diera informes y aun asi me hicieron el cobro

HORRIBLE HAY CUCARACHAS

Las fotos no se parecen en nada al hotel. Las instalaciones están de más austeras, había cucarachas en el cuarto, el personal poco capacitado, perdieron mi llave y no se les prendió el foco de usar la llave maestra hasta que les dije.

Todo el personal de la mañana y de la noche con el hijo del ingeniero todo bien

El manejo de los climas hacia un chingo de frío y que nos atendió el de horario de la tarde uno moreno gordito nos atendió de mala gana fue grosero ni dijo gracias cuando le dije y las camas un poco que se hundía y así el problema del agua hacia mucho ruido tanto para usar de lavamanos con el escusado y poner cortinas

Nothing at all.

There was no water for 3 days, the rooms and the building smells like garbage. The staff didn't care at all

Terrible, desde el momento en que llegamos a la entrada había mucha gente fumando, a los alrededores se ve inseguro, el piso estaba sucio, afuera de la habitación había un hombre semidesnudo, la habitación no tenía cortinas, el baño no tenía papel, ni jabón, hay escasez de agua, solo te puedes bañar a una hora determinada,las camas no tenían más que una sábana, por lo que decidimos dejar el hotel inmediatamente
