エレベーターがすぐ来る
とにかくキレイ

駅直結は本当に助かる

Cons:

・2人だとお互いのトイレの音が気になる
・洗面台の奥がびしょびしょになる。蛇口の取付位置がもう少し手前だとありがたい

BTS（鉄道）駅の改札口からすぐにHotel入口へ到達。荷物を持って上り下り無し。

When we arrived at the hotel, Tuna greeted us with a big smile. She handled our check-in procedure very quickly and professionally. At the end, when we asked her to help call the restaurant to confirm our booking, she immediately made the call for us. She was also very thoughtful and asked specifically if there was a window table available and whether they had replied to our email for confirmation
We’d like to praise her for being extremely attentive and caring towards guests’ needs. Thank you, Tuna!

Perfect hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect! Directly linked to the BTS Asok station. TERMINAL 21 shopping mall is opposite, so don't need to even cross the road, just use the link way of Asok BTS station.

It is quiet n comfortable stay. Cant find a better location to stay in Bangkok.

The staff were extremely helpful n friendly. We were very.pleased, especially the 2 staff, Bozz n Krit.

Will definitely choose to stay.at.this hotel if we visit Bangkok again.

Unhygienic Bedding Caused Severe Allergic Rash
Pros:

During my recent stay (Jan 27-30，2026), I developed a severe and spreading rash on all skin areas that contacted the duvet. The proof is undeniable: my family, who used their own bed sheets, had no issues.
I provided full evidence to the hotel. Their response was unacceptable: hiding behind their laundry contractor's "standards" and refusing responsibility because "no other guests reported it." How would they know, if others also used protective bedding? They offered only a future discount for a proven health incident.
This is a serious sanitation and safety failure. They value paperwork over guest health. Until they genuinely investigate, I warn guests to bring their own bedding or reconsider staying. The management's dismissive attitude is as concerning as the initial allergy.
