May as well stay for free in a dedicated garbage tip
Pros:

Absolute garbage dump. Nothing like the pictures. It stank, it had roaches, it was uncomfortable. There was no shower curtain, the toilet roll holder didn't work. there was nowhere to put anything. it was filthy, there were no blankets. 0/10 SCAM

Superb
Pros:

I was always in room 3 and it has a veranda where I can relax. The place was not too tight and pretty much spacious and the shower heater works.

Cons:

TV can't play movies, there's no Netflix nor cable channels like NatGeo or Discovery Channel.

very nice, got to met Manny Pac-Man and Jinjee in person. impressed with this small hotel.

Dont get fooled by fake paid review in booking.com .. its terrible

Got tricked by fake paid review and rating in booking.com. this rating is a "paid service" and no one can write any review about the property. so they keep 10/10 best review!

The worst stay i ever stayed in.
They bought i promo in booking so that they no can rate their service and fool other by having 10/10 rating.
They dont have any good thing:
Location is not near the mall, you have to take a ride to reach the mall
No front desk after 10pm, they have a curfew.
No wardrobe to put your cloth or towel
No kettle
No service water
Defected bath water heater, be careful of sudden splash of boiling water while taking a shower. i got a slight burn in my chest!
The worst is that you will be eaten by swarms of ants all over you and bed (check pics)
If you are allergic to pet then they have a fury dog in the property.
Only good thing is "Rewella" one of the staff. she was helpful
Simply.. i dont recommend trying this to anyone! stay away
