Stay away from this property. Never make a reservation here. They advertise they'll pick you up from the airport, but they won't show up. Taxis don't know where the property is. It's advertised as La Casa Fountains Square, but it's called La Casa Nazimi. I had a reservation with them for a week. They never showed up to the airport to pick me up. I landed at at 2:00 am at the airport and waited for them till 3:30 am. They never showed up. I tried to call them multiple times, but they never answered. I finally gave up and took a taxi and we ended up driving till early morning we couldn't find tge property. Their advertised address takes up us to a hotel called 14. The receptionist there was mad as there were 4 others looking for the same property. He tried to help and called them several times to pick ne up and fix their address. At 6 in the morning, finally a young man came and dragged my luggage all over the streets from one hotel branch to another walking as he was saying they don't have a room for me, even though I have paid my reservation online up front for a week. He finally lodged me in La Casa Fountains Square Nazimi at 7:30 am. I've been traveling all over the world in my whole life. I have never seen something like this. I rested a few hours till 1:30 pm and left the property. It was terrible; an old building on the side of the road whose entrance leads to the third floor with no elevator. They never refunded my money as promised. Very terrible! Never reserve here!
The location is awesome, staff was very cooperative specially morning shift lady and Rehman/Rehmat I forgot the name. The reception at evening was not very good as I had reservation but somehow they wanted to go to nearby Lacasa Hotel other branch. They said they received late booking from expedia and young lady in evening shift told us that your booking is in another Lacasa hotel then she admitted our booking is here. Reception was pathetic as I had luggage and child with me. Although manager offered water and relaxed us.
