Pros:

lo que me gusto es que la basura la bota el dueño, además de que las camas son cómodas, una cocina cometa con refrigerador. Y a 5 min caminando hay un 7 eleven. Y como punto final esta cerca del aeropuerto de narita, uno puede pedir un taxi grande para todas las maletas y sale cerca de 3.000 yenes

Cons:

lo que no me gusto es que es una casa compartida con 4 habitaciones para distintas personas y solo hay 1 baño, por lo que si lo quieres usar hay que estar muy atento si esta desocupado.

Just an ok guest house
Pros:

It's near the Keisei line to the airport. The room itself is comfortable. That's all I can think of.

Cons:

The doors rules are so confusing. They should have communicated better. The stairs is a pain. If you have big luggages, expect a hard time going up and down. It's an old house. The bathroom isn't very clean. I've stayed in a hostel like this in Taito city with the same price and it was so much better. I only stayed a night to get to the airport in the morning. But I won't recommend this guest house

留学時代を思い出せて最高でした。シェアハウスの様な感じで僕は好きです。価格もリーズナブルで助かりました。

ホストのErlinaさんはとても親切でした。サイトではチェックアウトが12:00となっていますが実際は10:00なのでご注意を！私は友人のピックアップの都合で10:00を回ってしまいましたが、快く待たせてもらえました。民家をリフォームして民泊の様にしていますので、雰囲気が好きな方には最高です。割り当ての部屋には鍵が付きます。ベットが大きくて気持ち良かったです。またリビングも綺麗で、十分談笑もできます。海外の方の利用も多いので、友達が増えるかもしれません。トイレ（洋式）は2Fにもあり、不便しません。部屋にはエアコンが付いています。冷蔵庫・お風呂は共用です。

Cons:

風呂場が洗濯と洗面と同じ部屋に有るので、誰かが風呂に入っていると使えないかもしれません。風呂は備え付けのシャンプー、ボディーソープなどは有るので、手ぶらでも最低限綺麗に洗えますが、バスタブが使えなかった??（もしかしたら使えたのかもしれないが、中にバケツとかが置いてあったのでシャワーで済ませました。）シャワーは水圧が少し弱いので、改善できると良いと思います。あくまで好みの問題で、実際の使用に関して問題が合った訳ではありません。

The great host and clean room with a desk.
Pros:

the host was very welcoming and helpful. The property was in a quiet residential area but close to a bus stop to
Keisei Narita Line ( two services an hour) The mattress was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was rather exposed without proper curtains. There were only sheer curtains on both windows so too much sun light comes in , in the morning when trying to sleep. Also when the celing light is on at night , the inside can be seen from outside.

Everything was so cozy and nice and the host was so friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend it, especially for those who are tired of the crazy tokyo crowd and want to spend some time in the countryside.
