Location was not bad

Cons:

They can do more with cleaning that over all, the bathroom vents was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the tub and Face sink need a good cleaning. The room it self needed a good cleaning, it was dusty, I had to clean the table it was sticky with left over stuff.

Overall, an unpleasant experience
Pros:

I was assigned the last room on the third floor by the north stairwell. The entire room and area were reeked with the stench of smoke. I specifically told the front desk clerk that I did not smoke and wanted a non smoking room and area. Throughout the night there was loud banging disturbing my sleep and waking me up. I observed several guests that gave me the impression the they were gang bangers. I enquired at the front desk if there were CCTV cameras deployed on the exterior of the building and was assured that there were. However, i did not observe any cameras. I took my daughter and granddaughter to the airport early in the morning and on my return to the hotel there were six (6) Peel Regional Police Cars in the front of the premises with about twelve (12) officers. The Officers were interviewing what appeared to be guests. It’s apparent that a crime of some sort has been perpetrated in the hotel. This validated my suspicion of observing guests that appeared to be gang bangers. They acted in a suspicious manner as I rode the elevator in their company

Le prix, et un restaurant Wendy's en face

Cons:

Les personnes a la réception, arrogant et irrespectueux. J'ai payé ma chambre par carte bancaire et la caution de garantie en espèces, et la personne a la réception a refusé de me donner mon reçu de paiement en espèces. J'ai du batailler pendant 1h pour avoir mon reçu ma preuve de paiement en espèces. Au départ le lendemain matin malgré le fait d'avoir présenté mes reçu et la pièce d'identité de la personne qui m'accompagnait, ils ont refusé de me restituer ma caution, il a fallu l'intervention de la police pour récupérer mon dépôt de garantie.
Vue l'état vieillissant de l'hôtel le mobilier vétuste, je ne comprends pas pourquoi payer un dépôt de garantie si on a déjà réglé la totalité de ça chambre !
