Paddy Boutique House Hoian

The place is so thoughtful and gorgeous. It’s very clean and well-decorated, meticulous all around. It had the comfiest bed of my whole trip. The café below also has delicious coffee and food. I highly recommend staying there.

Good basic accommodation, good value for the price. The rice field views were beautiful and it was nice to go for a morning run there.
There’s also a nice café downstairs with good breakfast options

The best accommodation during our 14 days travel in Vietnam. Friendly and caring staff, amazing breakfast, and free bike rental to explore rice paddy fields nearly. Will return!

It was beautiful, just like the pictures. Everything was clean, the bed super comfy.
I arrived late and the man there didn’t speak English but we were talking with Google translate. He was super nice and helpful.
The little cafe downstairs is perfect.
You should ask for room 2 or 4

Beautiful interior design, decorations and excellent service. Great location by the rice fields and short bike ride away from the beach.

The service was excellent , great help with all the logistic arrangement ,amazing flexibility and fast prompt communication . The location is in walking distance of the old center. The room was nicely decorated

Nicely finished, bed comfortable, bath and shower good water pressure, room was quiet. Cafe down stairs, coffee and food good.

Small boutique hotel with beautifully appointed rooms and friendly staff. The cafe downstairs is excellent and reasonably priced with good coffee. Great little hotel for our family.

Sehr schöne Lage an den Reisfeldern - gutes Essen, dass sehr an neuseeländisches Essen erinnerte. Freundliches Personal(manchmal etwas anstrengend fürsorglich) geschmackvolle Möbel aber nicht gemütlich (keine Sessel)

Nice big comfy bed, well kept rooms and the staff were all very polite and helpful.
Not too close yet not too far from the Old Town.
Our water pump broke down on the final night and the staff had it working within 20 minutes.

100% would stay again when we visit Hoi An

Exactly as expected from the description and pictures.

Our very comfortable 30 square metre ‘Queen size bedroom with balcony’ was on the top floor with a great view across the road to the paddy fields. It also had the benefit of double glazing to keep the noise out, spotless separate shower cubicle and spotless separate bathroom with toilet and was a lovely place to chill out. The young proprietors were just lovely and always ready to provide assistance when it was sought. And finally, the attached cafe … a superb place for breakfasts, brunches and lunches open from early till 4pm each day except Sunday. We stayed 5 nights at Paddy’s Boutique House Hoian and ate breakfast at its wonderful cafe every morning of our stay. The fresh fruits, cooked breakfasts and coffees were superb!!! And , finally again … the price! Amazingly cheap for the quality of the property!!!!
