Small boutique hotel with beautifully appointed rooms and friendly staff. The cafe downstairs is excellent and reasonably priced with good coffee. Great little hotel for our family.

Sehr schöne Lage an den Reisfeldern - gutes Essen, dass sehr an neuseeländisches Essen erinnerte. Freundliches Personal(manchmal etwas anstrengend fürsorglich) geschmackvolle Möbel aber nicht gemütlich (keine Sessel)

Nice big comfy bed, well kept rooms and the staff were all very polite and helpful.
Not too close yet not too far from the Old Town.
Our water pump broke down on the final night and the staff had it working within 20 minutes.

100% would stay again when we visit Hoi An

Exactly as expected from the description and pictures.

Our very comfortable 30 square metre ‘Queen size bedroom with balcony’ was on the top floor with a great view across the road to the paddy fields. It also had the benefit of double glazing to keep the noise out, spotless separate shower cubicle and spotless separate bathroom with toilet and was a lovely place to chill out. The young proprietors were just lovely and always ready to provide assistance when it was sought. And finally, the attached cafe … a superb place for breakfasts, brunches and lunches open from early till 4pm each day except Sunday. We stayed 5 nights at Paddy’s Boutique House Hoian and ate breakfast at its wonderful cafe every morning of our stay. The fresh fruits, cooked breakfasts and coffees were superb!!! And , finally again … the price! Amazingly cheap for the quality of the property!!!!

Lovely location opposite the rice paddy fields, free bikes allowed a great bike ride through the fields to Vegetable Village and the beach.
Great cafe on the ground floor, delicious food, breakfast and up to 16h.

I love every aspect of this stay. The room as well as the restaurant /cafe are well designed. The tranquil atmosphere in the room was conducive to my daily yoga and meditation routine and allowed me to catch up on writing .The food options were very healthy and coffee drinks, top notch. The staff were all very pleasant. I'm already looking forward to my return visit. Thank you very much Paddy Boutique. .

Paddy Boutique House was my favorite hotel in my 30 days trip to Vietnam. It is decorated with excellent taste, has lovely balconies, amzing floors and bathrooms and the best part is the wonderful view to the rice fields. I was able to borrow a bicycle and travel around the rice firlds and surrounding areas and regret that I didn't stay longer and this is definitely a gorgeous hotel in a lovely location. The coffee shop downstairs serves delicious and healthy food. I hope I can go back one day!

Comfy bed, stunning views, great coffee and free bike rental!

The room was comfortable and well situated. The view was nice, but there was a camera on the balcony, which made me feel uneasy. The pillows were top-tier, and I ended up buying one. The staff was okay and polite. The food was okay.

Loved our room, the balcony overlooking the rice paddies and the great little coffee shop.

Paddy Boutique is a fine small and personal hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is especially good with healthy hippy style food.
