this my third/fourth stay and like place
Pros:

Break fast Veg.& Non Veg good. tea omlet dosa all make to order good suply with smile

Cons:

cleanly ness they give dinner & lunch in room room service.
when guest keep plates with remaining food out side rooms
they don't remove till 12/15 hours so out side room lobby smelling heavily
otherwise every thing is v. good

Cockroaches everywhere in room. There no fridge I had to ask to install a fridge which didn’t do the cooling at all. Damp walls and floors

Good location, if you don't mind cramped rooms and poor hygiene in the rooms and bathrooms.
Pros:

The location was close to the railway station and the main arterial road, providing easy access for travel. This was the only redeeming point about the property.

Cons:

Poor hygiene in the room. Showed pics to the reception and vacated the hotel earlier than planned. To be fair, the hotel agreed to refund the amount for the remaining days.

Hotel Cliffton Banquet Hall
Pros:

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Cliffton Banquet Hall. The air conditioning didn’t work the entire time, making the hall very uncomfortable. The staff was rude, careless, and unprofessional — definitely not what you’d expect from a venue like this. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they seriously improve their management and service.

Small room, not enough place for suitcases. They didn't have towels or extra tissue roll. Generally quite noisy as well. Wasn't very clean. The room needs a lot of work as it seems quite worn out.

Room DEgrade without informing
Pros:

So basically when we reached our hotel on 31st july 2025 they degraded our room.. we have booked executive room and they gave us the delux room without even informing us.. as soon as we checked into our room we realised this isn't the room we booked online .. i called at the reception and then they changed it later on.
This is miserable.

Secondly our room AC leaked and there was water all over the floor.

Thirdly the mugs in the room were used.. there was FUNGUS in one mug and other one was a used MuG.. i also have the pictures of the MUGS so they don't refuse later on.i even made a video of them.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Please look for better options.

Very nice Hotel in this Budget
Pros:

Date 9th July 2025 (Room 406)

1. Staff and their Behaviour are Very Nice. Specially Priya ji Handling very well.
Very Helpful. Anam and Abdul Rehman Khan also managing well. Pic of them I shared here.
2. They provide room if available even 3 hours before, as they have given us at 11:00 am (when Check in Time is 2 pm)
3. If you have more Luggage and Your Train is Early , No issues -You could drop it at Hotel Clifton and They will take care of it and you can easily roam around.
4. Beutiful Ambience.
5. Parking Facility is here in this Hotel.
6. Entrance is Good with 4 to 5 stairs to enter.
7. One big Lift is outside so May be this Hotel is Wheelchair Accessible.
8. Nearby Nesco (Only 3 kms away 20 - 25 mins to reach ) but If you have more Luggage it's Hard to Book OLA Prime SUV s or Uber XL & Even Autos. Booking Vehicle is more Time Consuming. (We experienced this issue 3 times in just one day. When No Ola / Uber booked Approx. 20 autos denied to go to Nesco from Cliffton )
9. Banks and Market Place are on Walkable Distance.

✓ Bedsheets & Towels are Very Clean
✓ Rooms are smelling Good.

Loofah & even Show Shiner

✓ Good Exhausting Fan
✓ Enjoy Proper Quick Showers

12. Locker, Fridge, Boiling water Bottle, Tissues , 3 half litre Water Bottles, Tea, Sugar and all
13. Proper Sitting Table Chair besides Big Window with Pencil and Small Notebook
14. Free Wifi available .
15. Peaceful Environment with Little bit of Traffic noise.
16. I think I have covered all the Points to the Best of my Knowledge and Nearest to the Truth.
17. One More Thing After We Enter in Night The Room was Super Clean. Hotel Clifton have done a Great Job with their Master Key.
