This place is an absolute treasure! Everyone is super kind, friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks are delish and everything is reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are beautiful and well-maintained. Excellent!!!

El servicio de todos los empleados es excelente , recepcionista , mesera del restaurante y mesero del club de playa . Las instalaciones se ven viejas . Las camas cómodas , el ventilador de la habitación hace mucho ruido . Le hace falta remodelación . El jardín y club de playa muy agusto

Me pareció un hotel agradable nada más tienen que estar más al pendiente de la comunicación con las dudas de los huéspedes antes de la estancia, me costó mucho trabajo comunicarme con ellos antes de mi llegada. Ya estando en el hotel todos muy amables y serviciales

La habitación muy bien, el restaurante demasiado caro. Y las albercas son frías.
Si pagas desde el inicio con desayuno incluído, este desayuno es muy pequeño. Por ejemplo en el desayuno pedí unos chilaquiles con proteína y la proteína me la cobraron aparte y muy cara.
