I’m passing through in a few weeks and I will stay there again!!!
Pros:

To start with, it’s the nicest room I had so far. It’s very close from the and the room is all an old bricks, but transformed into a perfect room. The people is so friendly, as friendly as I never saw in a hotel. They were giving me food all the time and the water is free.!!! I forgot about the fact that is really really affordable.!!!

Cons:

My bed was hard as the floor, but they came up with another mattress for me, so I could sleep well!!!

Chuyến đi dịp Tết nên mình không chuẩn bị phòng trước, may mắn bên căn hộ còn phòng. Vị trí căn hộ thuận tiện cho khách du lịch, view sông và bãi đỗ xe thoải mái cho mọi người. Trên tầng 2 có chỗ uống cafe buổi sáng ngắm dòng sông trước mặt vô cùng đẹp

Mùi nhà vệ sinh thật sự điều này chủ căn nên cân nhắc bởi vì căn cuối dãy tầng 1 mình ở đêm mùi làm giấc ngủ hơi khó chịu

Cons:

Appena arrivati ci hanno dato una camera che non era quella della prenotazione e in più era sporca. Molto sporca. Insistendo ci hanno cambiato camera e la situazione è migliorata. Con lo staff ci si intende a google traslate.

Cons:

Home là 1 nhà nghỉ lâu năm. Ngoài việc nhìn bên ngoài có vẻ mới còn lại bên trong rất tệ
1 khi minh đến nhân phòng (18h tối) đã thuê xe tay ga 130/ngày nhưng xe tay ga k có đèn và rất cũ minh muốn đổi chiếc khác thì được thông tin mai sẽ đổi sớm vì hiện home k có xe để đổi, đến mạ lúc 12h minh yêu cầu đổi thì k có xe và ks k giải quyết (vì vốn chiếc này k đủ điều kiện lưu thông) mình yêu cầu dừng thuê thì ks đòi thu 100k (từ lúc nhận mình chạy dc đúng tầm 2km quanh nội đô do đến thuê trễ và sáng 12h mới dậy) . Trao đoi qua lai thì home yêu cầu minh thanh toán 70k tiền thuê xe và mặc dù cảm thấy k thoã hiệp nhưng mình vẫn ráng cho xong k tranh cãi nữa, minh thuê xe chỗ khác. Xong
2. Check in mền gối trong phòng rất hôi mùi đã sử dụng mình có ra yêu cầu nv xem giup thì nv bảo mình tự ra sau lấy mền
3. Nếu thật sự b đg cần 1 homestay thì đây hoàn toàn k phải nhé vì tấc cả phòng tầng trệt chỉ là nhà nghỉ tiêu chuẩn thấp, mn hút thuốc mở karaoke … riêng mình đây là lần đầu mình đi ở nhà nghĩ khách sạn mà thấy v, khách cũng kém chất lượng như hotle 🥲
4. Nhà vệ sinh ở ks vẫn còn ám ảnh mình vì k thoát hơi dc . Bật máy hút mùi thì lại càng hôi (như kiểu hút từ phong khác qua thêm , sau những chuyện 1-2-3 thì mình quyết định k thèm phản ánh với lễ tân nữa vì k có kết quả.
Giá 250/đêm k ohair mắc nh cung k hề rẻ đối với chất lượng mà mình đã trãi nghiệm. Thật đáng sợ

Pros:

Très spacieux il y a plusieurs endroit pour se poser,
Personnel très agréable et bien placé dans le centre historique endroit plutôt calme, pour sortir le soir il faut plus aller en dehors de la citadelle mais vous pouvez facilement marcher ou prendre un grab !
