although my booking was confirmed online, the reception said there is no available. No apology or whatever. Booking.com should remove this hotel forever.

Location of the hotel

Cons:

Western closet was broken. Had to shift to other room. Bed sheets, Floor mat was not changed. Drinking water was not given on their own accord, one had to ask for it.
