Habitación muy amplia y limpia. El personal es encantador. El desayuno es espectacular. Aparcamiento gratuito.
Está un poco alejado del centro de Valladolid, a unos 20-25 minutos andando de la Catedral.

Rien en particulier, si ce n'est la propreté, mais c'est la moindre des choses.
Un bruit de vibration d'un module de climatisation qui m'a conduit à demander à changer de chambre. Cela m'a été accordé sans difficulté car heureusement l'hôtel n'était pas complet.
Le bruit de la rue très perceptible avec des fenêtres mal ajustées.

the hotel and the pool were well maintained.
Unfortunately, there was no hot water. The breakfast included in the price was very basic and it was necessary to pay extra for anything more substantial. The room often smelled strongly of cleaning products. There was no chair or any additional furniture — only a bed and a wardrobe.
Me gusto que el precio era bueno, pero al llegar me aumentaron la tarifa por ello decidí no hospedarme, no pude cancelar por el horario, pero la cancelación decia que podia ser a cualquier hora.
No me gustó que viajaba con una menor de edad y al realizar la reservacion puse la opcion de alojamiento para dos adultos y una menor de un año de edad, al llegar al hotel me dijo la recepcionista que la menor no estaba contemplada y que debia pagar 300 pesos más, pero, en su anuncio de booking señalan que la menor de un año por su edad no pagaba y tendria alojamiento gratis y al llegar la recepcionista quiso cobrar mas, quien tenia una pesima actitud y forma. NO recomiendo si viajas en familia.

La nostra stanza (numero 9) aveva la doccia strutturata male per cui era impossibile non allagare la stanza, abbiamo dovuto chiedere numerosi asciugamani in più.
La posizione non è delle migliori e per arrivare in centro bisogna camminare in strade non illuminate.
Scelta di colazione veramente scarsa, molte opzioni diverse a pagamento. Ad esempio come bevanda viene fornito caffè americano o una tazza di latte, per avere del tè caldo bisogna pagare a parte.
Il servizio della cucina è piuttosto lento.

Podczas brania prysznica, zalewało nam całą łazienkę, bo nie było żadnych uszczelek pod prysznicem. Po zgłoszeniu tego do personelu usłyszeliśmy, ŻE W TYM POKOJU TO NORMALNE...
Brak ciepłej wody. Przez 3 noce tylko jednej nocy była ciepła woda pod prysznicem.
I największy absurd - śniadanie w cenie. Nikt nie dopisał, że to są tylko jajka i kawa lub sok, nawet nie można tego i tego. Za dodatkowe rzeczy lub cokolwiek innego do jedzenia trzeba było dopłacić. Ostatecznie raz zjedliśmy tylko "śniadanie".

The floor on the shower was uneven causing the water to flood the restroom while showering; we have to use a pool towel on the shower door to try to contain water to go into the toilet side.

⚜️La atención del personal de recepción da mucho que desear.
⚜️La atención del mesero (Santiago) fue lo mejor de lo que esperaba, un 10 de 10.
⚜️El desayuno delicioso
La alberca bien (solo que deberían dar la limpieza de la misma, más temprano de lo que la aperturan al huésped) ya que eran las 9am y todavía la estaban limpiando, cuando a las 8 se supone ya podíamos ingresar. Nos dejaron ingresar casi a las 11.
