Arată bine .

Cons:

Micul dejun ar trebuii puțin diversificat(nu zilnic același lucru). Iar programul la piscină modificat. De la 9/10 dimineața până. La 9/10 seara nu de la 11-21.

Piscină curată, personal amabil, camere si hotel curat.

Cons:

Baia era mică , nu puteai sta confortabil pe vasul de toaletă, programul de la piscină era ciudat, se deschidea la ora 11:00 , fiind zona de munte am prins soare doar dimineata si nu ne am putut bucura cum trebuie de piscină din cauza programului , ma așteptam sa fie deschisa măcar de la ora 10:00

Coming back is a must!
Pros:

A truly beautiful hotel! The interior design is stunning, I especially loved the bathroom, and the attention to detail is exceptional. The mountain view from the room and the infinity pool is an absolute gem. And the breakfast? Without a doubt the best I’ve ever had—and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels! The variety is simply incredible; there’s something for everyone.

Cons:

The only downside is that hotel guests have to pay extra to use the pool, although thankfully the fee is quite reasonable (50 RON per person).

I liked everything, clean room, great staff, great breakfast witch you have a lot to choose from , the view from my window, heated pool, welcoming people, great waiters that are always on point and the restaurant as well !

Pros:

La piscina con agua caliente al aire libre, realmente no era un SPA como tal.

Cons:

La falta de limpieza y la bordería del personal. Cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba preparada y desde la recepción no se nos informó de esta circunstancia. En el baño estaban los botes de los jabones usados en la ducha, restos de pasta de dientes en el bote de cepillos de dientes, el water sin higienizar, en el armario 3 albornoces usados tirados, la cama de la niña sin preparar (la prepararon con nosotros entrando en la habitación), en la habitación restos de café en las tazas y el habitáculo de las cápsulas usadas de la cafetera estaba lleno. Al comunicar esta circunstancia a recepción solo dijeron que lo sentían mucho, pero no han tomado ninguna medida para mejorarlo. Por la mañana al hacer el check-out el personal de la recepción muy borde, molestándoles nuestros comentarios y dejándonos con las palabras en la boca.

O experienta placuta!
Pros:

Programul prelungit de la SPA, camerele si amplasamentul.

Cons:

Personal insuficient la SPA si la micul dejun, mancarea nu este chiar punctul lor forte.

Pros:

Mi-a placut faptul ca nu a fost aglomerat la Piscina si masajul a fost excelent.

Cons:

Am stat o ora sa ne aducă mancarea comandata iar unul dintre felurile comandate a fost adus rece (s-a remediat la solicitara noastră).Pe peretele exterior al camerei noastre era montata tubulatura hotei de la bucătărie, astfel știam cand se pornește si se oprește.

Un mic dezavantaj a fost , terasa restaurantului. Daca nu aveai loc la restaurant pentru mic dejun , trebuia sa mergi pe terasa cu farfurii , distanta fiind mare
