Personal foarte amabil și atent la nevoile clienților, cafeaua de la micul dejun foarte bună, mic dejun diversificat și de calitate, pat confortabil.

Nice but it could be better.

Very good breakfast
Nice outdoor heated pool. The view from the pool is fantastic.

Cons:

Very small bathroom. Although on Booking all photos feature a pool, if you don't pay attention when selecting the room, acces to the pool is an extra for wich you have to pay.

Pros:

Experienta foarte placuta. Mic dejun foarte diversificat comparativ cu marile lanturi hoteliere de 5 stele. Am ramas placut surprinsa de varietatea si calitatea micului dejun.
Personal foarte amabil.
Camera calduroasa si comfortabila.

Cons:

Baie destul de mica, lipsa savoniera si pahar pt periuta si pasta dinti.

Dezamăgitor! Sigur nu vom reveni!

Micul dejun

Cons:

Atitudinea personalului dezamăgitoare.
Lipsa curățeniei (nu s a facut curat in camera nici dupa solicitare) si a facilitatilor: uscătorul de păr defect, telefonul pt recepție defect (nu s au luat masuri nici după solicitarea remedierii).
Nu exista cu adevarat o zona SPA (desi am plătit suplimentar), ci doar o piscina exterioara de dimensiuni mici.
Baia foarte mica desi am avut camera tip Junior Suite.
Clar nu vom mai reveni!
