Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Cabinet doors in bathroom were broken and we forgot our precious face wash and shampoo there after sometime we called to take it back but they refused to return as we were travelling and it was a doctor prescribed facewash from our country but they didnot return it thats super bad service

Ótima localização, apartamento confortável e excelente custo/benefício.
Pros:

Ótima localização, fácil acesso à ônibus, quarto confortável e bem equipado. Perto de mercados e comércio em geral. Apesar da rua em frente ser movimentada, o apartamento é silencioso.

Cons:

O elevador estava quebrado ou desligado. Precisa andar um pouco se você precisar pegar o bonde.

Great value. Great location. Super comfy.
Pros:

Incredible value for money. Super comfortable bed, air con and a kitchenette which is a great feature.

Cons:

The bathroom was incredibly small. Two chairs would have been a nice addition to be able to both eat at the desk as it was a twin room.

The lift was not working.

It was alright
Pros:

The property was convenient and had a good vibe and was easy to access

Cons:

I had a few complaints about the fact that there was a stain on the bed and also on both the towel that were supplied. Also that a £150 deposit was taken which wasn’t listed in any writing and also was done on a separate link.

Brilliant stay. Just wish there was staff available, all in all I would come back. Thank you

The comfy bed and the air conditioning really stood out, especially on a hot day. Plus, the property was super clean and had really good facilities.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small and the lighting wasn't great. Also, there wasn't any staff available to help out when needed, when tried to call went to voice mail.

Excellent location, amazing for student lodging, some improvements needed for short stays
Pros:

A modern building with AC which proved invaluable during a heatwave, a self-contained studio provided with everything that a student could dream of. And even some non-students in this heatwave. Pity that the elevator was broken and no one told me beforehand, if I were disabled this could have been problematic.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were some issues with cleaning and, as other reviewers said, big spiders all around! The room could have been cleaner as well (there was some bird "gift" on the window) and bathroom ventilation and smell could be improved.
But, overall, nothing that would deter me from coming back.
