Basic but perfect location!
Pros:

The location of this property was brilliant, only a 10 minute walk into the city centre, which was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was manageable for what we needed it for. The access to the building and room with a code was handy and efficient.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was some mould and water debris in the shower room. Also, the window did not open at all, I know some hotels are conscious for safety, which I understand, but not getting any fresh air in the room over 5 days, was the main disappointment of this stay.

I’d just stay nothing about the property as that was perfect it was more people coming in at 3am shouting screaming singing loud walking up and down the corridors when people are sleeping

Size of the room, fridge available, number of pillows, outside view.

Cons:

Elevator not functioning and host not contacting us to let us know. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable for us. The heater was too high and we couldn't find a way to lower the temperature.

It was ok, good location and facilities. Just not what we hoped for and needed for our stay.
Pros:

The property is well located and has good facilities. It is well kept and clean.

Cons:

The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on and I think it’s aimed towards students so I was woken up at 1, 3 and 5am by loud guests returning home drunk. My friend stayed in another room that smelt damp and needed airing to try and get rid of the smell.
