Property is near with everything. Nice location. Jeff is very responsive during our stay.
The room was very warm, dusty and were in the side that we can’t open the window. The AC is not strong enough to make the room cold. And lift is not working which I know already because I saw in the other review.
Air conditioning in the flat
It was really awful to be honest. A cemetery behind it, a dreadful pub in front of it, no signage, broken lift and the excuse that booking.com should have told me when I booked except of course that you pay instantly and can’t change your mind!!! I was lucky I managed to convince some random guy to help me carry my suitcase up two big flights of stairs!!!!! I would never have managed it as I have a historical ankle surgery and worse, the broken lift says it’s for luggage 🫠🫠 the one shop down the road was seriously scary and had frightening reviews on google. Oh the windows don’t open at all. So no fresh air…I felt like I should have swiped left on this one. Ran away to a proper hotel in London as fast as I could. I saw later on that there was another one of these apartment buildings in what looked like a more central location, maybe it was the better one but I’ll never go near them again. Oh and if you’re tall don’t bother because you won’t fit on the single bed. My partner came to see me one afternoon and half his body was off the bed… he’s 6ft2…at least we managed a cuppa tea and to enjoy the air conditioning. I hate to think of what it’s like if that goes too!
Rooms were great….but the worst part is there is a graveyard attached to the property on the back side ….when ever you open the window curtains you will see the graveyard …otherwise all good
It was modern, clean and basically what it said on the tin. It seemed to be in a newly built property.
The location, it is in the Radford area which is not the nicest in Nottingham. Whilst it’s at the city centre end, it is still a bit tough and we did not feel comfortable leaving our car parked there. We put the car into the Victoria centre which was a bit of a faff. The property is tight at the traffic junction area so if you are racing towards the road, it’s noisy. The air conditioning stopped mid-way in the night and we could not get it going again. The bedsheets are a bit on the cheap side and don’t feel nice, especially when you are hot.
Everything brand new , very clean
The only thing was the main rd outside , lots of police sirens. But thats not the fault of the establishment.
Plenty of space, lovely aircon, good shower, great location. Cooking facilities small but adequate. Staff very friendly, responsive and helpful

Room really well appointed. Double glazing perfect and excellent ac.
Although internal cleaning was fine, the squalor at the front of the premises was enough to put anyone off staying there.
Easy to access, does the job as a studio
Cleanliness wasn’t great, one single fork, minimum plates. Pics are misleading and impossible to know which ones correspond to the one you are contracting

Location was good
Floor cleaned but still had hair around, two big balls of hair appeared from under the bed. Corners of room looked like they had not been swept/cleaned for months! When entering the place had a strong smell on bleach and cleaning products. Lots of rubbish on the pavement outside the residence, which makes it look messy from the outside, unfortunately! Ironing facilities non existent - ironing board falling apart and iron barely got hot! Extractor fan in the bathroom did not switch off which made a constant noise - rooms not sound proof as described. Could hear the TV next door! Having an adjoining room was not what we had expected. TV remote batteries flat so could not change the channel - messaged but no response ! Disappointed.
