Top Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and facilities were well stocked, modern and clean.
Pros:

The room and facilities were very clean, modern, and well furnished with nice bathroom amenities. Staff were kind and helpful and always at the front desk. I could not hear any neighbours and appreciated the little balcony and doors to bring in fresh air with the curtains (both black out and privacy).

Cons:

The wifi was a bit slow for us (difficulty loading videos and social media) but it just meant we spent less time on our phones!

Pros:

Tolles Zimmer, komfortables Bett, grosses Bad, super Frühstück und nettes Personal beim Frühstück

Cons:

Minibar hatte Glastüre und war so stark beleuchtet, dass ganzes Zimmer hell war. Konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Die Dame von der Rezeption wusste auch nicht wie und schickte jemanden vorbei, obwohl ich sagte, das Baby schläft… super unprofessionell und unnötig das Licht, wie kann man da schlafen

Все супер! Спасибо за такое прекрасное качество обслуживания!
Pros:

Все очень чисто, аккуратно, очень вежливый персонал. Вкуснейшие завтраки. Место расположения- в центре, но в очень тихом месте. Рядом трамвай М4, удобно добираться до разных частей города и культурных мест.

Wonderful stay with great service, cleanliness, and location.
Pros:

I loved this hotel. It was very clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was also very complete and delicious.

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great – one of their colleagues, Younis, was really respectful, kind and made sure that I got what I need for breakfast. Overall, great service, great staff and a clean hotel for a short 2 night stay. The hotel is also very close to the center with easy access via tram.

Cons:

I was hoping to be in a more lively area with cafe's and bars around but the area is quiet and good for rest. I found the hotel to be a slightly expensive considering it's a few stops away from the centre.

Quiet stay in a central location.
