Room is in good size and spacious, front desk service way beyond satisfactory and required training for the staff

It’s clean and stylish, comfortable stay, great hardware, poor software

Cons:

In particular to the two staff who serves us for our second visit during the trip.
I would say the customer service level was way beyond satisfactory especially for the “senior”, extremely poor facial expression and body language.
We were returning customers but they don’t even know we stayed here few days ago nor welcoming until I mentioned. (Unwillingly)

We were offered the same room as our first stay (few days ago), hence we gently asked if any other room or floor can be offered, apparently there were rooms available from the system and the junior checked too.

While the junior cross check with the “senior”, they spoke in Japanese and with our limited knowledge we can clearly see and understand that he’s blaming the junior on this which it’s a bit of a shock (in front of us as customer).

At last, the junior have no choice but lied by saying it’s fully booked and can’t accommodate our ask which I can see rooms available from booking.com.

Last but not least, when we request for additional pillows same as what we did on our first stay, the “senior” even response by saying this request might be difficult to accommodate since we are asking for some additional pillows…..I mean really are you serious?

I would say this is quite a letdown out of the whole trip.

最高でした
Pros:

お部屋や、置いてある物がとてもおしゃれで、入った瞬間にテンションが上がりました。そして、きれい。

Cons:

駐車場の枠があると助かります
幸い、目の前のコインパーキングが空いていたのでラッキーでした

オシャレ空間でリラックスタイムを満喫
Pros:

施設のデザインがおしゃれ。早朝だったが、スーツケースを預けるとき親切にしていただいた。洗面スペースが部屋の中で、目隠しボードがあるのが意外でオシャレ。助かった。お風呂、トイレ、洗面スペースがセパレートなのは助かる。朝食だけお世話になりました。美味しくいただけました。また、名古屋へ行くことがあれば、泊まりたい。

お得でとても良かった。
Pros:

清潔感があった。施設がきれいだった。

Cons:

トリプルベッドでお得なのがありがたかったですが、ソファが横に付いていたこともあり、冷蔵庫などを開けるのがスレスレでした。でも全体的にすごくよかったです。

Pros:

The staffs were friendly, nice interior, great breakfast and the room itself was great! And it's easy to navigate to the hotel form the station.

Cons:

Although it's just a 10mins walk, but since it's summer... And the lighting for the wash up area was a little bit dim for doing make up in the morning.
