Pros:

Bed and pillow was incredibly comfortable, sheets were superb and yatara pyjamas were appreciated.

Good location and nice library for kids
Pros:

Nice hotel, and well situated in the city. I especially like the library in the lobby, and the children’s books there are very well chosen.

Cons:

The music may be a little too loud in the evening and doesn’t really match the hotel’s atmosphere. We first entered the hotel around 9 p.m., so the loud music in the lobby was somewhat surprising.

６泊しました。ワーケーションでレンタカー利用で、いくつかホテルを比較して、こちらに決めました。
結果、大正解でした。スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく親切で、とても快適に過ごすことができ、ぜひリピートしたいホテルです。

連泊でワーケーションなので、部屋で過ごす時間も多く、30㎡でストレスを感じない広さが決め手となりました。
今回宿泊したのは、プレミアキングの12階のお部屋。サウンドプルーフで隣室や道路からの騒音も気になりませんでした。
上下セパレートタイプのナイトウェア、スリッパ、部屋着もあります。あちこちに、名古屋のシンボルであるシャチホコがあり、ほっこり。
洗面台にある丸い鏡の後ろ側も、シャチホコのウロコみたいになっていました。

Wifiもサクサク快適でした。そして、モニターとHDMIケーブルを貸していただき、ワーケーションがより便利になりました。

アメニティについて、プレミアフロア利用でのPanpuri製のシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープはとても良い香りで毎日幸せな気分に。
オーガニックコスメOSAJIのメーク落とし、フェイスウォッシュ、化粧水、そしてフェイスシートマスクもあり、毎日補充してくださいました。
ドリップバッグコーヒーや紅茶、ほうじ茶のティーバッグなども充実。コーヒー・紅茶用のお水が入った紙パックも用意してくださっています。

ホテルのすぐ横に14台分の立体駐車場あり。予約不可ですが、チェックインの日に確保できれば、チェックアウトの日まで駐車できます。夜間以外は出し入れも自由。1泊1,800円です。

ホテルの立地について、名古屋駅や伏見まで徒歩圏内。天気が良ければ、栄までも歩けます。周りにはコンビニや飲食店も多いです。

スタッフの方々の対応も素晴らしく、いつもとても丁寧に対応していただきました。連泊だったので、いろいろとワガママを聞いてくださり、感謝です。
雨の日には、無料で傘も貸してくださいました。チェックアウトの日は、スーツケース3個と箱1個を持っている私に、フロントの方が追いかけてきてくださり、駐車場までカードで荷物を運んでくださり、車に積むのまで手伝ってくれて本当に助かりました。

Cons:

ホテルのせいではないと思いますが（他の宿泊施設も同様だったので）、ちょうど名古屋でビッグイベントが重なったようで、後半の宿泊料金がとても高かったことです。
