Great hotel
Pros:

Staff were absolutely brilliant. The hotel is very nice and clean with great amenities, the room was comfortable and spacious too.

Cons:

The only two things that were a bit of a miss, was that pillows were not ideal, one was too hard and the soft one wasn’t tall enough. Otherwise it was great. Ideally we would probably choose another location slightly closer to the city centre, but everything was within reasonable commute distance

Pros:

The staff were so lovely, the facilities were pristine, just a nice looking hotel overall. Close to subway lines and conveniences stores, only a short walk.

沒有加購早餐，地點算還可以，走路到名鐵跟名古屋車站都不算太遠，最近的超商走路也5分鐘左右，地點還算可以，飯店帝殿就算到了晚上也不會過於吵鬧。

Cons:

硬要說就是如果自駕有點不方便，停車位有限，鄰近停車位置不多，要到較遠的地方尋找

有一位台灣籍的男士服務態度需要加強，已經跟他反應樓上晚上7點到11點多發出極大的跑步聲，他只回應說 樓上也是台灣人，他也只能反應，或者我自己打過去也可以，是怎樣？服務態度是這樣的嗎？隔天一樣我找日本籍的女士，直接陪我上樓去跟對方反應，整個態度不一樣，這是唯一讓我覺得這次住宿不喜歡的一點！
