Pros:

No tvs in room and was told on checkout day there was one in lounge area!
Breakfast is decent but predictable
Staff are very friendly
Floors in ngong cottage were broken (tiles in bad condition) and bathroom very tight & stuffy

Pros:

The place is beautiful and serene, a bit cold but hot water bottles and fireplace available. The restaurant is limited on food variety and the receptionist and dining room incharge were cold, not welcoming.
