Toilet bowl yellowish, toilet flush broken, Shower head broken, No Kettle.
The check-in attendant's tone and expression were not very friendly, and the toilet was not very clean. It was obviously a double bed, but only one towel was prepared, and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste. When taking a shower, the water was very small, the water heater was broken, and the shower head was also broken. The water used to flush the toilet was small and scanty. It takes several times to flush the toilet. The quilt was placed in the cabinet and not put out. This method felt strange because the check-in fee was more than 100 ringgit. The price, service and equipment are completely inconsistent.
Private parking
This place experienced an electrical outage from 9pm until morning. The aircond and lights totally not working. There is no initiative from the hotel to solve this problem or suggest other solutions so that customers feel a little more comfortable. The room is also dirty, the equipment like the water heater like it has never been cleaned. It was found that the water that had rusted in the jug was very disgusting and I took a picture as proof if the hotel did not admit it.
