Convenient location, not ideal for families
Pros:

Close to Southbank, friendly staff

Cons:

Had to pay extra for sofa bed to be made up, but there was no duvet, no proper pillows and no extra towel. There was also a large amount of popcorn inside the sofa bed that was visible.

Great location, within walking distance of everything including public transport. Facilities are clean and well maintain
Pros:

We stay here every trip we take to Melbourne due to the location and price of the accommodation. The staff are always helpful and nothing is ever a problem. The rooms are always clean and well maintained.

Cons:

On this stay it was a little noisy than what we have experienced in the past, not negative feedback as it was school holidays and fully booked out so it’s to be expected and it didn’t impact on our stay.
