Cons:

Evacuation early hours of the morning with no explanation from any staff. Not 1 staff member explained or apologised regarding the situation and were left waiting outside in the street at 3 O’clock in the morning. Handled very poorly.

Was a great stay
Pros:

Not much left for breakfast. Would be nice if you had a small cafe that had fresh food. Drink selection pretty good. Coffee was great.

Great for a weekend away with some luxury, out of the hustle - highly recommend
Pros:

We had been in Melbourne for a family event, we had 2 rooms lose together, a family suite and an additional room. Checking in and parking was easy, clean rooms, great facilities. Walking distance to town, but out of the hustle, and easy access for a tram if needed. Highly recommend for a CBD stay

See ‘What didn’t you like’
Pros:

The location is excellent and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

1. I booked a room with twin beds ie 2 separate beds. The room had 1 bed and had to be separated and remade. I specifically asked at check in if there were 2beds and was told, “Yes “. The same thing happened when I stayed at the Adina at Christmas time.
2. The bottom rim of the shower was black and needed to be wiped.
3. Having an evacuation at 2am in the morning and helping my elderly, 85 year old mother walk down 14 flights of stairs was very stressful and upsetting. The least the Adina could have done was to offer a late check out however no effort was made.
