Suited us for the writers festival when our all day.
Pros:

Location.
Proximity to the Bond Store for delightful service and very good breakfast in a lovely building. Kitchenette would be useful if I’d brought food.

Cons:

Lighting was either blanket bright or too dim to read. Car parking is $25 a day so factor into budget.

Could’ve been amazing, cleanliness impacted a lot
Pros:

Location was great, pool was really nice, outlook from room and pool were beautiful. Most staff were very helpful. Bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

The sofa bed on the couch was folded up with old, used bedding from prior guests (popcorn, dirty marks and feathers through the sheets and crumpled bedding). We didn’t actually require this bed but my child noticed that it could be folded out and thought it’d be fun to have her own bed to watch tv on, which is why we noticed it and it was quite gross.
There was brown/grey muck up the side of the dining chair legs (maybe mud?) but unsure. The glasses and mugs had an awful and weird smell/taste, we washed all of them after using the first one.
Grout in the tiles in shower needed a big scrub, lots of dark mould in large areas.
T.V’s were a constant headache - required staff to come to the room two nights in a row to “reset” them both many hours trying to fix ourselves.
Bit sad about the negatives - mostly the cleanliness as it could’ve been an amazing review otherwise.
