Really enjoyed
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful - the room was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Booked Adina as was in between two different venues for a conference - both were easy to walk to. Quick access to Southbank and to the Yarra path for running and the mineral pool was lovely. Special thanks to the lovely Erica - very kind and friendly.

Cons:

There was a bit of traffic noise but I had ear plugs so wasn't an issue.

Overall it was a great spot to stay, close to everything.
Pros:

Cons:

Toilet seat lid is broken
Lounge chair very stained and not comfortable for two people to sit as it is a single chair. So really it's only suitable to sit one person comfortably. We were there for 4 nights. I thought it should of accommodated two a bit better.

Pros:

Clean apartments with kitchenette. Location is great as walking distance to MCG, Tennis Stadium, city and Southbank

Pros:

I arrived here very late at night and was greeted by Vic, who immediately made me feel right at home and welcomed, and that really made my stay after a lot of tiring travelling. The pool is amazing for someone who actually wants to swim laps, and the room was great with a lovely view. Close to bus stops too. Absolutely everything you need.

Cons:

The elevators are infuriating. There are three but whoever designed them seems to have been following a rulebook that does not adhere to logic in any way. Be prepared to spend at least five minutes trying to get up or down if you're on a high floor. Would also be great to have proper knives and cutting boards in the kitchenette.

Staff fixed the only problem we had. Room was great.
Pros:

Great location, studio room was ample size for two people. King size comfy bed, pillows were great.

Cons:

Couldn’t get the aircon to work and room was stuffy. Front desk sent someone up to fix it for us straight away!

Pros:

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The extras were a lovely surprise ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash & moisturiser).

Great location, only a short walk to many bars and restaurants. Nearby flinders street station.
Staff were helpful, polite and quick to assist with any issues.

Cons:

Linen and towels in the room were spotless, but some surfaces could have used some extra care when cleaning.

It’s a clean and well appointed apartment block in a handy location for so many things.
Pros:

Great location and have stayed many times as always receive a lovely welcome.

Cons:

The room we had this time got very hot with the afternoon sun. Air con didn’t seem to be able to cope.
