DIRECTIONS: From Daikokucho Subway Station, take the elevators from Exit 6. Continue in the same direction from the exit on the right side of the street.Keep walking until you hit the second traffic lights, where there is a Seven Eleven convenience store. Turn right at the intersection. Walk 328 feet and the property will be on the right. (The entrance is around the side.) Please note that Exit 6 is not the closest but it is the only exit with an elevator. The closest exit is Exit 2 but is not recommended when carrying luggage.

Please note that the property may not be able to assign the same room when guests extend their stay.

Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Pros:

It is an apartment style hotel so you it's self service--garbage and towels aren't changed for you, but there is a mini-kitchenette if you want to cook your own meals. The room is also large and spacious, at least the single I had as a solo traveler.

The manager is an interesting guy who will likely talk to you and ask you where you're from but not in a weird way.

Cons:

The toilet was really loud when it flushed but no real issues.

a value stay that provided everything one needs
Pros:

this is a reasonably good place to stay with an affordable rate at the cherry blossom season. The room came with everything I needed, and is not far from the subway station.

Pros:

C’est plus un style motel. Pas de service. On descend ses poubelles. Mais le personnel s'est quand même décarcassés pour nous. Et pourtant notre demande était compliquée.

Cumple las condiciones necesarias a pesar de que si son instalaciones poco modernas. El personal es una belleza. Muy atentos y amables siempre.

Cons:

No tiene Washlet y eso uno lo echa de menos en Japón.

The room was fine for my needs but I left disappointed from customer service and approach

It was basic but clean and comfortable if you are just looking for a place to sleep

Cons:

In terms of customer service - they wanted to charge me 500 yen for keeping one luggage for 15min!! And complained because I was 15min late for check out. They told me “it’s a cheap hotel, what do you expect?” This last attitude left me quite disappointed, and anyway you can find similar prices at other hotels in the area, depending on the day of the week.

Semplice ma ottimo.
Pros:

Struttura facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici perché vicina alla stazione metro di Daikokucho. Zona tranquilla, in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in luoghi interessanti per shopping e cibo. Bella cameretta con letto comodo. Molto pulita nel complesso. Piccolo angolo cottura piuttosto completo. Direi che ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale gentile anche se presenta solamente durante il giorno.

Cons:

Bagno molto stretto, cosa comune in Giappone. Io sono abbastanza "normale" come corporatura e l'ho trovato un po' stretto. Lo sconsiglierei a persone fortemente sovrappeso.
Chiave elettronica che può creare qualche problema.
