We stayed at the hotel as a family of eight to celebrate a very special milestone, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. We were especially grateful that they organised smooth transfers for us, including pick-up from Hanoi airport to the hotel in a very clean sleeper bus, and later the transfer from Sapa to Hanoi exactly as we had requested.
To make our stay even more memorable, the management surprised us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a cake delivered to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. On the day of our departure, we were kindly allowed to relax in the lobby, use the swimming pool, and access the shower facilities. The team were ever so friendly and stayed with us until we left — we believe they may even have been the hotel owners. Very kind people.
The hotel itself was clean, the food selection was excellent with plenty of choice for everyone — even the fussiest eater — and it is in a very nice location.
We would happily recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again.
