What a beautiful place! We only stayed one night, whilst visiting Warwick Arts Centre but will definitely return. We stayed in Room 2, ground floor, very spacious, everything we needed and a large very comfy bed.
A brilliant vibe in the bar which started at 3pm and and went through till 11pm.
All capped off with the most delicious full breakfast.

Lovely pub. Great selection of real ales and other drinks. Superb staff and lovely atmosphere. Just wish there was more space! Utterly brilliant place for a chat and drink with friends.
Good hotel in the heart of Kenilworth. No parking available although when booking it said free parking. Ended up payin £12 parking at the nearest car park. Room was neat and tidy although lighting was fim and there was a small mark on the bedding. However, loved the decor in the bar where we had breakfast and breakfast was great. Friendly and helpful staff
Lovely bar, good service and great atmosphere. Unfortunately the price of drinks would put us off going again. £11.50 for a small wine and half a pint of lime and soda.
Ett hotell med personlig charm. Lite extra gjordes på olika områden vilket skapade hemtrevnad. Servicen var på alla sätt bra.
Carpet on stairs very worn & thread bare. Vey old shower cubicle which had no handle on the door, which made it hard to open or close. Tiled floor in bathroom which if wet would be very slippery, someone could have a serious accident in there, no alarm bell to don’t know how it passed health & safety guide lines. The single bed right next to door is not good. Room got very hot at night which then
Couldn't park due to limited parking spaces.
Although on menu, no veg sausage option for breakfast.
Room is comfortable and good location
Absolutely lovely place, our 2nd visit. A d won't be out last. Very comfortable room, had everything we needed for an overnight stay and probably the most powerful shower I've experienced (great when you've got thick hair). Staff friendly, breakfast excellent and lovely popular pub / real ale bar
Comfortable room, surprisingly interesting building in a lovely part of the old town. Beautiful walks on the doorstep. Very friendly service. Breakfast adequate but unexciting.
We stayed here for a night while visiting family. Great welcome, friendly staff, comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast
Stayed in a double room on the ground floor. Very comfortable room, clean and fully stocked. Nice little car park round the back of the place which is tricky to get to if you don't research it first. Parking at a premium in Kenilworth - so my advice is to get there early....
A short walk to the castle and the abbey remains - well worth a visit if you like that kind of thing.
Lovely breakfast in the morning.
Only a couple of negative things. The fan in the bathroom is really loud and comes on automatically when the light is switched on. Takes ages to turn off when the light is switched off though. Also, the walls must be really thin as we heard every word of a phone conversation from somewhere else in the hotel.
I'd stay there again if the volume of the extract fan was reduced somewhat.
The room was very pleasant with comfortable beds. The decor was good. The staff at booking in were helpful. We were very well served by the bar staff (especially the lady) on returning from a restaurant.
The only reason I have marked them down is that the breakfast arrangements were/are not good. One had to be there at 8.30am at the latest (9.00am would be fine). On arrival at 8.35am we were asked what we wanted and ordered a full breakfast. The breakfast was okay - not the best I have had but when my friend asked for coffee he was advised that it was past 9.00am and coffee was then not being served. The manageress did serve tea. As a result of the foregoing we felt rushed. Clearly they wanted to make the rooms ready for their next visitors.
Always pop in on trips to Kenilworth, what a fab space, service and beer. Off plan we decided to stay, and luckily there was a room available.
We have stayed at old bakery in times past with older owners. Place upgraded and super fresh, yet still quaint.
Food A plus
Cosy olde world snug. Prime location in the heart of old Kenilworth. Views of the old town from the window seats. Good wine and craft beer selection. Winner of best pub in local area.
Quite expensive drinks though.
Friendly bar staff.
Nice quaint rear courtyard.
Quiet and well positioned.
Disappointing with loud, swearing customers and barking dogs running around the bar area. No notice taken of complaint because obviously these people are putting a lot of money through the till. Pity but will have to go elsewhere as atmosphere uncomfortable.
Fabulous little drinking place. Warm welcoming staff. Always busy, sometimes tables are full but it all adds to the experience of meeting friends and catching up.
Never stayed here in their B&B because we are locals but have heard it’s very good and of high quality.
Makes our Friday nights.
Lovely room, great bar and atmosphere, comfortable, clean and tidy with all we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Adam and Sanj and all the staff were friendly and Adam's breakfast is legendary, the best ingredients freshly cooked to perfection.
Looking forward to staying at the Old Bakery again.
Thank you.
I don't normally bother writing hotel reviews, but enjoyed my stay so determined to leave positive feedback. This is essentially a small and very nice bar (with a very nice atmosphere and well kept beers) with rooms attached. My room was at the back away from the street and quiet, well equipment and comfortable. Bathroom a little small but towels and soaps all good. Breakfast was great, hot and cold options to suit different tastes. I parked on-street outside (as free 2 hrs and i arrived early evening & left next morning) but there is a private car park at the back of the hotel if needed. I'd stay there again.
Very Good especially appreciated the breakfast. Will recommend to friends.
