Nice location nice weather needs work doing to it as tired. Only a three star. Reception very poor

Poor reception staff broken locks. As we opted the non all inclusive we had to keep waiting for one member of staff to be able to get food or drinks.
On check out they tried to change for our stay twice and our food and drinks bill twice

Zalig verblijf, prachtige locatie en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De locatie, de vriendelijkheid, de buffetten en all inn formule. Wij hadden een zalige swimup kamer aan het strand.

Cons:

Het onderhoud is niet helemaal updated. Slechte verlichting in de badkamer, je kan nergens je handdoek kwijt en kranen zijn verouderd.

beautifull hotel but with overratet price and under-qualified staff

location. the breakfast, rooms.

Cons:

1 there is a "shuttle service". we would need to pay 40 euro per 3 guests. the 4th guest would need to pay the next tranche of 40euro. This is not what I call shuttle "SERVICE".
2 At the a-la-carte beach restaurant ingredients were not available and were just left out without notice.
these are things you would not expect from a €165 euro per night hotel

Very nice hotel but the price/qality balance is not OK for the moment
Pros:

The property has a lot of possibilities but they can improve a lot. A fact is that the hotel changed from owner 6 months ago so they can't manage all the issues there are with cleanness and staff.
The floor manager is a very nice lady and we discuss these things. She confirmed that they know and will work on it.
So when they can improve some things, we sure will come back .

Cons:

A big problem is that the sunbeds are already "reserved" with towels at ..... 03.00 am !!!! Another issue is that the most expensive room , with pool and see view has no sun until 5.00 pm. If you make a reservation , take block 5 or 2 than you have sun for an big part of the day an at least 2 sunbeds.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, Zimmer mit Meerblick und Privatpool ist zwar das teuerste, aber lohnt sich.

Cons:

Der Reservierungsservice hat leider überhaupt nicht funktioniert, an der Rezeption herrscht doch eher der Dillettantismus.

El menjar no está a l’alçada , el tot inclòs es una estafa per el preu , les begudes son imbebibles, la qualitat es zero , el vi es de brik i dolent , els postres eren molt dolents ni la fruita era decent, no cal arribar aquest extrem de qualitat baixa. La resta del hotel era deficient , la porta de la habitació trencada , l’armari de la roba trencat , el lavabo no anava be , mil detalls de falta de manteniment per tot a reu . Coneixem els standars d’aquests països , sabem que no es Europa pero una cadena hotelera de prestigi te que vetllat per un nivell, si no es pot cumplir no posis l’hotel alli perquè això deixa a la marca TUI per terra . Lo relació preu qualitat es molt millorable . No hi tornaria

Pros:

The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful.
Especially Sainaboy Binta (frontdesk), Bakary (waiter Sea Breeze restaurant) and Fatmata Munu.
The swim up room was amazing.

Cons:

The live entertainment during the evening is very loud.
