-la femme à l'accueil serviable

- un nid de cafards dans la chambre

Super emplacement

Cons:

On est en vélo et malheureusement il faut attendre 15 h pour avoir la chambre.
Surtout qu'elle était disponible. Dommage

La hubicacion buena. Está bonita la piscina y decoracion de la casa colonial cargada de temas religiosos,

El chico joven de la recepción que nos atendió por la tarde para hacer check-in, puedes ser menos borde?? Gracias. La habiración huele a humedad y porfavor.... cambiar las almoadas, mi pareja y yo nos partimos el cuello

Sobre todo llegamos y la habitación estaba sucia. La televisión era blanca del polvo. Después de esperar nos cambiaron obviamente y el recepcionista desde ahí no nos volvió a dirigir la palabra ni el buenos dias me devolvía. Horrible
Yo no tengo la culpa que la habitación no la hubiesen limpiado ni el polvo ni el suelo lleno de pelos negros y la piscina igualmente llena de insectos muertos y hojas

la decoración definitivamente y la ubicación

Cons:

no contaban con suficiente toallas y no tenían toalla para cara o manos, ni jabón para manos en el caso caso de habitación doble toallas solo dejaron 2 y eran para 4 personas, y en la habitación sencilla el aire acondicionado tuvo cortocircuito y se opto por solo usar el ventilador.

El trato del personal, ya habia reservado en booking una hora antes y al llegar me comentaban que no les aparecia en sistema, lo peor que yo ya habia hecho el pago, y que no era problema de ellos, vieron mi molestia y intentaron resoverlo de manera manual ya que les mostre pruebas del pago y reservacion sin embargo ya habia perdido mucho tiempo, además en la noche/madrugada me cuestionaban la salida. Sehr gemütliches Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Luft im Zimmer fast unerträglich - feucht und stickig!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wie ein Museum. Überall stehen oder hängen alte Sachen rum, die nicht unbedingt Antiquitäten sind. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Pool ist klein und niedlich, aber ausreichend zum erfrischen. Die Lage ist super! Nur ein paar Minuten zum Park und zur Kathedrale, wo immer was los ist. Auch zum Busbahnhof ist es nicht sehr weit

Cons:

Was leider den Gesamteindruck um einige Punkte gedrückt hat, dass die Zimmer total muffig sind. Wenn man von unterwegs kommt, dann erst mal Tür aufpassen, Ventilator und Klimaanlage an. Nach längerer Zeit gewöhnt man sich etwas daran. Sobald man aber vor die Tür geht, merkt man wie schlecht die Luft im Zimmer ist.
Ich will jetzt hier nicht übertreiben, da ich selbst die grottenschlechten Bewertungen bei Hotels kenne, die wir eigentlich sehr gut fanden.
Leider kann man die Luftqualität im Zimmer nicht schönreden.
Zum Glück war nirgends Schimmel zu sehen. Sonst hätten wir das Zimmer auf keinen Fall genommen.
Was vielleicht am Rande noch zu erwähnen wäre, dass es nur grelle Deckenleuchten und keine kleinen Lampen am Bett gibt. Wir haben dann eine der Lampen mit einem Tuch zugehängt, dann war es erträglich.
Wer also das Hotel wählt, sollte bei der Zimmerübernahme auf die Luft im Zimmer achten. Falls sie andere Zimmer haben (wir hatten Zimmer 3), die nicht so feucht und stickig sind, dann ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl.
