Cons:

in the last night I stayed there,there was no hot water when I showered. I called them twice, the first call was hung up very soon with no one answered anything, so I made the 2nd call. This time a man yelled something "Spanish only" and hanged my call. Without any choices, I sent them a msg in Spainish with the help of google translate. And I got NO feedback at all! And nothing happened to the hot water.

Pros:

Segunda vez que me quedo en el hotel, y si volviera una tercera también repetiría. Habitación tranquila. Excelente internet. Decoración y hotel bonitos. Muy buena ubicación, a dos cuadras de la plaza central y de las estaciones de autobuses.
