Vu le prix de cet hotel aucune propriété les chambres sont faite a la demande du client, drap non changé serviette également, l accueil affreux aucune émotion c est un hôtel qui fait peur lebpetit déjeuner infecte...rien une omelette une brique de lait, jus d orange degueulasse, salle froide fade lugubre...je ne le conseil pas du tout a fuir...

the hotel cancel my reservation because i arrive late and not refound 7 nights 2 rooms,

the personnel were very rude, with us and didn’t want to solve anything, only took the money for the cancel penalty. not though in the passengers.

Eu paguei uma diária so p ficar sies horas pois meu voo chegava a de madrugada, eles queriam me cobrar uma taxa alta por late check in, mas sendo que estava dentro das minhas horas reservadas, o normal e o quarto esta pronto para mim tendo em vista que eu ja tinha pago, outra coisa, eles cobram 100QR deposito.

I found staff extremely rude and difficult to deal with. They made me waiting for an hour just to get checked in. Very small and uncomfortable room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

This hotel stole 379 CAD from me, for a simple misunderstanding spent over 1 hour just before New Years Eve, the General Manager was rude, the lady at the reception was ride, no wifi in the rooms, no customer service, small, cheap and horrible place, definitely DO NOT GO THERE there are plenty of Hotels in Qatar do not pick this one they only care about money, its a Shame for Qatar , Qatar is a great place with great people, but this place is a shame to this wonderful country!

The stay is reasonable with the price, however the staff was over busy, room service were called multiple times and no one attended at all, Parking is horrible for big 4WD Cars. Location wise is excellent, everything is next to you, in winter you can walk around to Souq Waqif.

Positives : decent price, comfortable and clean.
Negatives : small and narrow parking, no view from window.

Amazing hotel, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you 🙏 for all of them specially mr Najeeb supervisor.only one issue related to housekeeping when you request cleaning or something not responding you have to call several time until they responded.

Nice to stay with low budget, adequate room, good customer service & helpful staff.

The room was cleaned. Service was not that good. Housekeeping should call the room first to check whether there was a person inside and not to open the guest room door.

Friendly staff, very convenient location but car park is small and hard to find outside parking
