Pros:

This is a clear case of how the hotel misled customers. During the booking process, the hotel displayed attractive photos and facilities that appeared to be of a 4-star standard. However, the actual experience was far below expectations. Even some 2-star hotels provide much better service and facilities than this property. I am still confused about how this hotel achieved a 3-star rating considering the poor condition and service I experienced during my stay.
