La limpieza y las instalaciones
Que no se atendió al momento de mi llegada tardaron mucho para recibirme.
This was a great stay in Cabo if you're cool with a simple, pleasant place & like having a bit of distance between you & the party. We loved the quietness, the view from the terraces and pools, and the easy (15ish min) walk to the beach or town center. It was also super easy to catch a cheap Uber or taxi if we didn't feel like walking - so being a little bit away wasn't a big deal at all. The room was simple & large, & there was a small kitchen for cooking w/ basics, as well as a little terrace in our room, too. It wasn't over the top or glamorous, but it was everything we needed to enjoy ourselves! We felt super comfortable, safe, and well looked after there. The staff was very helpful - anything we needed they helped us with - and friendly, too.
The fridge didn't work (just the freezer, which we used as a fridge), the water pressure in the toilets could be better... but once we figured that out ~ it wasn't a big deal. It also would be nice to have a few more kitchen items for cooking in the rooms ~ as it was a bit limited when we tried to cook.

Me tenian bien asignada la habitación, una vez hecho el cambio correspondiente la habitación entregada la faltaba limpieza, no había wifi

No estaba limpio , muchísima pelos por todas partes sobre todo el baño y es desagradable . Además un rollo de papel empezado y otro nuevo no es presentable , toallas ya viejas
La piscine à débordement, la vue de nuit sur Cabo
La porte vitrée transparente de la douche, la douche fixée au plafond giclait dans toutes les directions, l'ascenseur en panne une fois sur deux ( nous etions au 5eme), et le petit déjeuner acheté en plus ne comprenait qu'un bout de pain, un café et un jus d'orange. Le reste etait payant donc ca ne vaut pas la peine de payer ce supplément.
De plus il faut aller dans un restaurant situé à 5 blocs de l'hôtel.
Nous avons du réclamer les bons pour le petits déjeuner par téléphone à 7h, car la réception était fermée.
Lors du check-in, elle n'a pas pu nous les remettre de suite car ils n'étaient pas tamponné par la direction. Elle aurait dû nous les monter en chambre plus tard et ça n'a pas été fait.
It’s very clean and the atmosphere is very homey. I felt like I had a lot of space to just chill. The pool was amazing and uber/uber eats works well in the property
The distance from the marina is say if your not local to the area or haven’t been to Mexico it can be intimidating. The walk was around 30 minutes but it’s nothing to harsh I would have booked a little closer.
A very calm and comfortable location! The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the entire staff were so kind and accommodating. We had an issue with the WiFi at first and they helped us immediately. I would absolutely stay here again!
All around I enjoyed my stay. The layout of the room was a little interesting, only because the only bathroom was in/connected to the bedroom. No problem with this, just needed to get used to it. Other than that, really had a great time.

Staff super helpful and pleasant. Room nice - includes simple kitchen. It’s up the hill from the downtown and marina, but walkable. Great views of the city from pool and restaurant.
The property was very nice.
The parking on a steep dirt incline was difficult to manage. My friends were both unhappy that there was no daily house keeping for our units.

Las albercas necesitan mantenimiento, una era muy turbia y otra tenía el esqueleto de un animal muerto
No tome el desayuno en el lugar. Tiene una buena ubicación es un lugar cómodo.
Es algo difícil entrar con maletas ya que hay una pendiente muy pronunciada y es de tierra
