The stay was good but I would just book a normal hotel next time
Cons:

Fan in the main bathroom was extremely loud when turned on
The condos are above stores , one which played loud music until 11pm at night.
The breaker kept going off when we used the lights in the living room .
WiFi didn’t work , the name never showed up on the name the gave. They didn’t have any cable so we had to use or Netflix to login since tv was already signed into internet.
Had to go all over to get kids to swim , staff at landmark was not friendly when checked in I asked about swimming and waterpark and she didn’t act like she wanted to answer my questions because they were busy .

Cons:

We stayed in room 303 & tenants above us were very loud all hours of day & late night. Almost sounded like construction work above us...

This room was perfect for my mom’s birthday! Renovated , upgraded appliances, beds were comfortable! Very spacious for 4 adults, a 5 month old and a 7 year old. It’s a partial ocean front because the ocean is across the street we were on the 3rd so we seen it between the vacant hotel! I really didn’t like how you have to check in at landmark resort! Without known until you pull up and read the sign on the door! We didn’t get any water park or pool wrist bands after front desk stated it would be in the room! They do not provide paper towels , a dish cloth or extra wash cloths.. you only get one! They do not have an ice maker and the ice trays they provide sucks! Outside wasn’t noisy just heavy foot traffic from the local night walkers and salesman’s! IFYKYK! That was our entertainment! Lol but it was NOT a problem. Small things to a giant , overall nice room , I hope next time we will get to experience the waterpark! But I will definitely stay again because it’s a very nice room and area!

I will never stay here again.waste of my time and money

Not much tbh. We spent most of every day out of the room because it was so run down compared to what we are used to

Cons:

The property doesn’t look like the pictures. The amenities are not well maintained. The area did not g feel safe at all. The room had holes in the walls and there was a funny smell in the elevator
