Ótima estadia no centro de Madrid
Pros:

Hotel novo, muito bem localizado à saída do Metro e no centro de Madrid, com quartos modernos e confortáveis; Bom pequeno-almoço e excelente staff, sempre preocupados com o bem estar dos hóspedes, principalmente a Federica que foi espetacular connosco (ao comentar com ela que o barulho que provém da rua à noite prejudicava-me o sono, providenciou rapidamente a mudança para um quarto interior); ainda ofereceram uma prendinha à minha esposa quando repararam que ela fazia anos, sem ser preciso dizer nada... staff 5 estrelas! Ainda providenciam um sistema de armazenamento temporário de bagagem, no piso -1, muito prático e relativamente barato.

Cons:

Nos quartos virados para a Calle de Valencia ouve-se muito barulho durante a noite, proveniente da rua, pelo que convém ficar num quarto interior; o pequeno-almoço, apesar de bom, não tem muita variedade e pode não agradar a todos; é impossível tomar banho sem que a água saia da cabine de duche para o quarto, pelo que devia ser deixada uma toalha para os pés (todos os dias tive de usar a minha toalha de banho para pôr no chão, depois do banho, e impedir que andasse a espalhar água com os pés); os mais tímidos não vão gostar do quarto porque a casa-de-banho não é uma estrutura autónoma, tendo apenas uma cabine de duche, uma cabine para a sanita e um lavatório aberto para o quarto, com muito pouca privacidade.

Dormir en una estacion de metro pagando como si fueras sordo y no te enteraras del ruido

La ubicacion y el parking en el propio alojamiento

Cons:

Tienen un problema serio con el ruido del metro, tuve que cambiar de habitación al segundo día porque en la tercera planta es como dormir encima del tunel del metro, la siguiente noche en la quinta apenas se oía pero aun sonaban en la lejanía los trenes frenando en la estación que intuyo esta justo debajo del hotel , no hay otra explicación posible.

The staff was very helpful and nice (special mention for the Italian girl at reception, who was kind enough to let me borrow a mug and gave me a teabag for free, as the vending machine did not have a tea option).
The facilities were clean and the bed comfortable. A very nice hair dryer was provided.
The location is very convenient: the hotel is just in front of the Metro stop "Lavapiés" (Line 3), and tjere are a 24-7 supermarket, nice restaurants and several theatres in the neighborhood at walking distance.

Cons:

While the location is very convenient, you can hear the noise from the metro all day and night.
While the room was clean and comfortable, some basic equipment was missing such as a toilet brush.
I stayed 3 nights, and the brekfast experience changed everyday, ranging from sufficient (things were running out and not being replaced with 1 hour to go before the breakfast time ended, tables were not cleaned after every guest, only at the end) to very good which is the standard I am usednto as a regular Ibis Budget client. I had a better breakfast experience in other Ibis Budget in Spain, for example Bilbao.

Slecht en hotel houdt zich niet aan de reservering

De locatie van het hotel is goed, vlakbij de metro en een parkeergarage

Cons:

Geen rustige kamer (de metro hoor je continue), het ontbijt werd 2 keer berekent ondanks duidelijk aangeven dat het inclusief was.

Pros:

Prima plek, mooi centraal en dicht bij diverse metro lijnen. Fijn bed. Kleine kamer maar goed te doen. Je hoort wel geluiden van andere kamers, maar ook dat is goed te doen.
