Excellent et paisible, merci l’équipe.
Pros:

Le personnel était exceptionnel dans tous les services: accueil, réception, restauration et ménage des chambres.
Le petit déjeuner et la flexibilité de l’hôtel est juste impressionnante. Grand merci !

Mi experiencia en el hotel.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel fue muy buena, teníamos restaurantes alrededor donde poder comer y cenar hasta muy tarde. También hay un carrefour 24h donde puedes ir en cualquier momento a comprar lo que necesites.
Tiene el metro enfrente del hotel.
Tuvimos aire acondicionado durante toda la estancia.

Cons:

Se escucha el metro mientras estás en la habitación, mi pareja y yo tuvimos suerte de estar en una tercera planta y aún así se escuchaba bastante.
El cuarto de baño de nuestra habitación estaba dividido: lavamanos y espejo en el centro de la habitación, ducha en un cubículo y WC en otro.
En la ventana de la habitación no tuvimos opción de abrirla por completo.
Cobran dinero para guardarte la maleta, el desayuno llega a ser un poco caro.
Te vuelven a pedir la tarjeta de crédito con los datos al hacer el check in por posibles roturas durante la estancia.
No tuvimos nevera en la habitación, ni microondas en recepción, solo tenían máquinas expendedoras.
Por último, el precio de la habitación, considero que es bastante caro en comparación con otras zonas de Madrid, teniendo en cuenta, que es un hotel de una estrella.

It was clean. Nice cafe next to the hotel.

Cons:

The staff made us wait a long time for our room. They were not too helpful. The toilet is like a prison box. The AC would continuously blow. Towels are paper thin and the areas near the hotel is full of trash.
