安かったので覚悟はしてたけどそれ以上だった。

正面がコンビニだった

Cons:

エアコンの吹き出し口壊れてて暖房もろで喉をやられた。お風呂は入り口の扉がしまらずシャワー浴びてる姿が丸見え。シャワーが弱過ぎる。ためてるお湯がすでに冷たい。夏は良いけど寒くなってきたこの時期からは無理です。

Pros:

客室のエアコンは良く冷えて快適でした

Cons:

フロント３階、部屋は４階でエレベーター無しにフロアー冷房なしの階段を一汗かいて登りました

トイレを流す水洗ボタンが固く壊れているかと思う位思っきり押さないと流せません

深夜0時回ってるのにファミリーの出入りドアの開け締めがうるさい クッションクルーザーも無くドア辺りのバンバン音が廊下に響きわたる
仲間同士なのかドアを何回もノックし名前を何度も叫ぶ フロントから迷惑客に注意もしないので深夜にやりたい放題
うるさく中々寝付けない

Value for money, minimum required facilities.
Pros:

We were welcome by a kind Japanese man who showed helped us check in. This was a minimalistic approach to managing a business hotel, and it seems to work. The bare minimal amount of facilities, to come have a shower and sleep comfortably, have been provided, at a very low price compared to other offerings.

Note that we were four motorcyclists, and we're used to minimal to zero luxury, and this was exactly what we were expecting and it was not disappointing at all. Overall good value for money with a good location. Good restaurants are a few minutes away, a station and a convenience store right across the road.

Pros:

駅に近いので選びました。すべて、料金を考えるとこれで良しです。お湯は水を20分ほど出しっぱなしにしないと出ません。しかも湯量は少ないです。タオルはあまり清潔では無く、湯船はこんなに小さなユニットバスがあるのだと驚ろくほどでした。12月の宿泊ですが、暖房が効かない部屋でした。

とにかく 宿泊 費用 が安い。 この値段なので 我慢できるが、 欲を言えば シャワー をしたり洗顔 したり した後 、水が溜まるので 、水はけをもう少し良くしてほしい。

仲間と3組で宿泊させてもらいました。
一言で言えば
面白過ぎた！です。
設備の古さや悲壮感が昭和へタイムスリップさせてくれます。
部屋に入った瞬間
臭っ…ってなりますが、直ぐに分からなくなりますw
入口のドアの鍵の開け閉めはなかなかのコツが要りますw
とにかく色々難点はありますが
私は大変楽しめました！
好きです！
いいホテルに泊まっても大した思い出にはなりませんが、
ココは仲間と泊まると凄い思い出になると思います！
いかに普段の現代的な生活が恵まれているのかを認識出来ますし、とにかく特別な体験ができた感じがして人生が豊かになりました。

素泊まりならコスパ良し◎
Pros:

お値段相応のビジネスホテルでした。
ベッドも丁度いい硬さだったので寝にくいというのはそこまでありませんでした。

こちらに宿泊する際、注意点が二点あります。
一つは湯加減は自分で調整しなくては行けないこと。
もう一つはエレベーターが無く階段のみなのでそこだけ気を付けて下さい。
