Pros:

Aunque el personal no hablaba inglés fue de mucha ayuda y el aparcamiento era gratuito

Cons:

Se que una reforma es cara, pero creo que pequeñas mejoras ayudarían a mejorar el hotel, por ejemplo el suelo estaba roto, cada vez que caminaba me tropezaba, las toallas aunque limpias eran muy viejas, muy usadas y ya no eran blancas, y tenían manchas permanentes. El grifo tenía problemas y cada vez que lo usaba todo estaba lleno de agua, tuve que usar una de las toallas continuamente . Vayan con equipaje ligero ya que las habitaciones están arriba y no hay ascensor.

とにかく安い。昭和ですか？って感じです。
大人5子供6で４部屋一泊素泊まりで22,000。
近くに美味しいお店があります。風呂は基本貸切です。

Pros:

鵜方駅から歩いてすぐの所にある為アクセスしやすい。
追加料金で朝食が取れた
チェックインの時の男性の受付は対応が良かった。

Cons:

受付が入口に無く隣の部屋にあり気づかなかった。
鍵穴がガタついていて開けるのに手間取った
チェックアウトの際女性の方は挨拶しても反応が無かった
髭剃りとか追加であったら嬉しい

とにかく安い！
近くにコンビニ、居酒屋とあるので、不便さもなし。

Cons:

あえて言うなら、泊まる荷物を持って、4階まで歩いて上がるのがしんどかった。

安かったので覚悟はしてたけどそれ以上だった。

正面がコンビニだった

Cons:

エアコンの吹き出し口壊れてて暖房もろで喉をやられた。お風呂は入り口の扉がしまらずシャワー浴びてる姿が丸見え。シャワーが弱過ぎる。ためてるお湯がすでに冷たい。夏は良いけど寒くなってきたこの時期からは無理です。

客室のエアコンは良く冷えて快適でした

Cons:

フロント３階、部屋は４階でエレベーター無しにフロアー冷房なしの階段を一汗かいて登りました

トイレを流す水洗ボタンが固く壊れているかと思う位思っきり押さないと流せません

深夜0時回ってるのにファミリーの出入りドアの開け締めがうるさい クッションクルーザーも無くドア辺りのバンバン音が廊下に響きわたる
仲間同士なのかドアを何回もノックし名前を何度も叫ぶ フロントから迷惑客に注意もしないので深夜にやりたい放題
うるさく中々寝付けない
