¡En este hotel te están robando tus cosas! Si olvidas algo en este hotel después de realizar el check out, ¡nunca lo recuperarás! En nuestro caso, olvidamos una chaqueta (valorada en 600€) en el armario de la habitación 941 el 20 de diciembre. 3/4 horas después del check out, escribí al hotel y dije que había olvidado mi chaqueta y que vendría al día siguiente a recogerla, a lo que no me respondieron hasta el día siguiente, cuando ya había llegado a recogerla, pero me dijeron que no encontraron nada en la habitación. Pedí ver las cámaras y hablar con la señora de la limpieza, a lo que me dijeron que nos escribiera en una semana, pero cuando pasó una semana, escribí al hotel y para el segundo día no me contestaron. ¡Este hotel no está a la altura de lo que prometen! Con esta actitud, no vale ni una estrella, no cuatro como dicen. No olvides tus cosas, porque nunca te las devolverán, sino que se las guardarán para sí mismas... Horrible

Pros:

まだ新しく全体的に綺麗。部屋も余計なものは無く、冷蔵庫は中が見えて良く、ベッドもキングサイズで柔らか過ぎず良かった。ただ4時過ぎのチェックインだったが、掃除が済んだ部屋の確認ができず20分以上チェックインにかかった。

Cons:

ロケーションが悪く、地下鉄の最終駅から遠く、最終駅からのタクシーも無かった。せめてホテル側が予約必要、有料でもトランスポートを考えては？地下鉄を利用する客は泊まらないだろうけど。夜はUberも行ってくれない。
