Excellent facility to complement Melbourne as a fantastic city
Pros:

Superb modern place , really enjoyed being back in city and only 15 mins walk from Southern Cross Station. Well positioned and very comfortable. Had a late trip booked, and no problems getting back into apartments well past midnight

Everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay
Pros:

Arrival was polite and welcoming. Parking was simple. The apartment had all the facilities needed and was clean. The bed was large and comfortable.

Wouldn't rush back...
Pros:

A lovely modern room. Rooms were clean and spacious and location was good.

Cons:

There was no bottled water available in the fridge, only one small carton of milk, and no vanity or amenity kits were provided.

We checked out at 10:00am and had hoped to continue using the pool facilities, as our flight back to Sydney was not until 7pm. We were advised that this was not permitted and that facilities cannot be used after checkout. In all my years of travelling, I have never encountered this policy at a hotel, and given that it was the hottest day of the year (45°C), this was extremely disappointing.

I politely asked if we could please use the pool for a few hours, but the response was an abrupt “no,” with no willingness to assist or show understanding. What made the experience even worse was the lack of basic courtesy. There was no thank you for staying, no smile, and no attempt to make us feel welcome or valued as guests.

As a result of this experience, I can confidently say we will not be returning. It is a shame, as we had initially booked an Adina hotel and cancelled for this, which left us feeling disappointed.
