Hotel Panamera

Had a lovely time at Hotel Panamera this May. Needed an escape after a brutal NYC winter and booked a last minute trip to visit this hotel and it was exactly what was needed to get through the remaining winter.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with fabulous hospitality. We enjoyed the service so much that we only left for dinner 2 of the nights and otherwise stayed on the property grounds.

Highly recommend including breakfast with your stay- and Luis, Armando, Pedro and Francisco were our absolute favorite servers in the morning. They let us enjoy our coffee, juice, and fruit while doing crossword puzzles and reading and then order our main dish whenever we wanted- so accommodating!!!

The hotel also runs some really great deals for happy hour- a rotating cocktail at a 3 for 2 special. Alberto, Armando, Alexis, Erick and David were so great at the beach and poolside service they offered. Always present, but never pushy.

The grounds are fabulous- two pools, a massive beach spread, a beach bar, and a rooftop bar. The programming they put on also makes it so you never need to leave the property. It seems like the owner took some inspiration to the ever-fabulous Soho Beach House (a high compliment). It was also never loud which I deeply appreciated- it was a relaxing trip.

Housekeeping is also on it, and the rooms were gorgeous. I really appreciated the small touch of a proper turn down service at night.

The meals were fabulous. The grounds were gorgeous. The service and hospitality is what would bring me back to Tulum and I would only consider staying at Hotel Panamera. A gem.

We had a fantastic stay in Panamera Suits! The service was a top notch: everyone at the hotel was so helpful, welcoming and pleasant. Our hostess Za was so sweet and helpful, constantly giving us advice of where to go and what to do. Our waiters Luciano and Juan were so attentive to us as well. We really felt so special!
Hotel had everything we needed for relaxing stay: the restaurant food was wonderful, the rooftop party was fun, beach service was great! And it's super safe and yet quiet, away from the busy strip. Also, cenotes are in a short 5-minute bike ride. Bikes are also available on premises for free. When you wake up – first thing you hear are the waves, which does set the mood for a nice day!
So thankful to the staff for all the work they put in to make out stay so pleasant and special!

Panamera was fantastic, the service, the vibe, the food, it was all great. Luciano was our server and he was top notch!

We had the most amazing stay at panamera. Everything was top notch.. from the atmosphere, to the food / drinks, and the staff. We especially loved Erick who made sure everyone and everything was taken care of. We were there for our friends wedding, and he made sure all of us were happy and taken care of

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location on the beach. Zazil at reception was amazing and helped me so much with recommendations and advice on the area! It was very clean, there were 2 lovely pools and a stunning roof top bar. The hotel was very tranquil and had a nice atmosphere.

We stayed at Panamera for our son's wedding and our hopes and expectations throughout our stay were exceeded in every way. The restaurant staff, including Armando, Antonio, Alberto, Erick and David were always prompt and accommodating and the food was outstanding! Front desk staff, security and hotel manager, Daniela, were also very professional and top-notch.
Everyone wants their wedding to be perfect in every way. The staff at Panamera made it happen, far beyond expectations, and we will forever be grateful!
One small improvement could be made...don't start the restaurant music until after 10:00am, as it carries throughout the courtyard/courtyard rooms.
We look forward to a return trip!!

I had an amazing experience at the Panamera! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff was kind - Armando, Antonio, Alberto, Erick, and David are just a few who were great! I already miss my time at the Panamera Hotel and I would definitely go back!

The best place we stayed @ in Tulum. The beds were really comfortable in Tuub which is part of the complex & the property was cleaned every day.
We had sea views & we were right on the beach.
David was our waiter/host on the beach & his hospitality was faultless. Thank you David for looking after us & it was lovely to meet you.
The food & drinks were delicious
There are great sunsets @ the Roof & great vibe.
There is a lovely pool.
The supermarket a few minutes walk away.
The location is South Tulum which is lovely & quiet. It’s about a ten minute walk to the noisy part where all the clubs are.
I would definitely recommend staying in this part of Tulum as you can really chill out.
I would definitely stay here again as we did stay in the party area too, but regretted it as too noisy & busy
We came back here to catch up with David on our last day & had a great time.

This was our second time staying at the Suites at Hotel Panamera and we will certainly be back! Armando and Juan took excellent care of us at breakfast everyday and David and Omar provided great service on the beach ! The food is fabulous and we especially enjoyed the grilled fish filet, tacos, and ceviche for lunch. The location of the hotel is great as it’s on the quieter side and walkable to great restaurants and shops.

Relaxing vacation at a beautiful place. Great beach. Lovely pools. Great drinks. Awesome staff (Tony y Omar were super to us). What more don’t need?

Incredible experience being right on the beach with beautiful accommodations. The staff was amazing with how often they tend to needs or ask if you need anything. Our room was clean every day and we felt really taken care of. They even made special accommodations for us to enjoy the SuperBowl! Special menu and deals and just an excellent viewing experience. Highly recommend as I felt we really got amazing value here. Our friends hosted a rooftop party for their welcome night and it was the best service for food drinks I’ve ever seen.

We stayed in one of the rooms with the tub on the balcony and it was an amazing room. We had slight ocean views and a great view of the pool.

David was our server! He is amazing and this is such a great spot to relax. We came with our 9 year old daughter. Very friendly and accommodating. Close to the beach. Reasonable price for the experience

Great hotel. Awesome experience. Armando at the restaurant and beach had us taken care of the whole time. 10/10 will be back next year!
