Hotel Bungalows La Rienda Guayabitos

Es bueno en mi caso solo era para dormir prácticamente

Faltan botes de basura en el área de piscina, en la calle,ya q la falta de estos motivo a huéspedes tirar la basura alrededor de la piscina y calle,

When I booked it, I taught I have already paid for it.
When I got there I had to pay, I don't know if they can advertise this as you book in bold letters.

The road to the hotel is unpaved.

Muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa el precio muy competitivo con otros hoteles

En general todo bien

Propiedad aceptable para dormir. Necesitan fumigar. Encontre hormigas y una cucaracha. En la noche esta muy oscuro en los alrededores. Para salir casi todo el dia y pasar la noche etsa bien.

The staff was amazing!!! The place was very simple, but it was clean.

The property is about two blocks away from the beach. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The bungalow for 8 people was clean and spacious. Air conditioning system was great.

Esta bien el lugar tenía todos los servicios solo que si esta como a 7 cuadras de la playa

Por el precio del lugar es muy elevado con reapecto a sus instalaciones las cuales carecen de mantenimiento

Los colchones de muy mala calidad el baño sin agua caliente lavamanos a punto de caerse sin cable un solo

Muy buena Elección. Limpio, comodidad y atención excelente. Aire acondicionado, ventilador ,refrigerador, parrilla. En general todo bien

I liked the staff. They were very nice and friendly. They also had good internet, but you have to ask for the password.
I didn’t like that their credit card terminal “didn’t work.” I had to find an ATM in town and pay a bank fee to pay for my stay. I got three different versions as to why their credit card terminal was not working as I talked to 3 different staff members about it. One of them told me that it had not been working for a month. I wish they had mentioned this when I made the reservation.
The most disappointing aspect was the uncleanliness of the room. The floor and the sinks were dirty. This included the restroom. You have to request for staff to clean your room or else they will not do it. I also had to ask for them to replace the towels.

Lastly, I did not get the room that I booked online which was a bungalow with two bed and 2 sofa beds. This means my room should have had a separate living area. It did not. It was just 3 beds.
This hotel is located about 6 blocks from the beach.

The secure parking was nice. The dirt roads in the area were horrible
