We spent a week in the apartment quite comfortably. We recommend it for families and groups.
Pros:

The apartment is located in a quiet area. It's very clean and looks new. There are plenty of clean towels, and the bed linen is spotless. It's close to major tourist attractions. Across the street is a 24-hour Lawson supermarket. The metro and a large supermarket are just 150 meters away.

Cons:

The apartment was very cold when we arrived, especially the cold floor, which didn't warm up even with the air conditioning running all day. There were also few dishes and no cutting knife or board.

Good value with comfortable beds.
Pros:

Space was clean and comfortable and there was a parking lot just behind the building. It was convenient to travel around the city.

Cons:

The apartment had a terrible food smell that faded over the time we were there, but didn't fully go away. It was almost unbearable on arrival and we nearly left. The location is convenient but not particularly good. There are so many nicer neighbourhoods in Osaka and I wouldn't stay in this one again (would stay somewhere with restaurants a better vibe).

Pros:

very fast response here and whatsapp. Easy check in instruction. Clean Place. Cleaning every 3 days and mid-way cleaning. Big group / family friendly. I forgot to take picture of the place but its the same as descriptions.

Amazing!!
Pros:

I like the room because it has 2 bedrooms. Its already my 2nd time and its surely worth it. Place is very recommended especially for big family and senior friendly because there is elevator. Lawson is just across the building, 5 mins walk to daiso.

Bonjour
L'appartement est vraiment propre. Les lits sont très confortables. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle. On y trouve une machine à laver ainsi qu'un étendoir sur la terrasse.
La terrasse est un plus.
Un lawson au pied de l'immeuble.
Transports en commun à proximité.
Une pompe à essence ainsi qu'un lavage voiture se trouve en face du logement.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de restaurants à proximité.

Pros:

Excellent apartments for families and groups, fantastic value for money in an ideal location close to central Osaka and quick train journey to universal studios. Check in information was clear and easy to follow, and while the reception is not staffed we were able to easily contact staff with any questions throughout our stay
