Appartement spacieux à un prix raisonnable, mais l’équipement et la localisation sont décevants
Pros:

Prix bas pour une surface très raisonnable avec un grand balcon. Machine à laver.

Cons:

Les instructions de Check in furent données uniquement via l’application Booking sans faire l’effort d’envoyer un message par e-mail.
Manque d’équipement de cuisine. 1 seul couteau, 1 casserole et une poêle qui ne passent pas ensemble sur le gaz. Pas de chaise ni à l’intérieur ni pour le balcon.

Clean, cozy place!
Pros:

Very clean space. Quiet area and easy check in process.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small to open luggage but there is a living room that is spacious enough. No dining area, but it was fine for our short stay.

Clean. Spacious. Good location.

Clean. Spacious. Close to a JR station. Close to Convenience store. Comfortable Pillows and Beds. Met our request for additional Pillows and Hangers.

Cons:

No place to put wet clothes from the washing machine while placing them for drying.
No clips to lock the clothes when hanging them for drying.
No glasses for drinking water.
No salt & pepper.

Safe and convenient
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony was perfect for our family of four to wrap up our Japan trip. The kitchen was compact but more than enough for making quick breakfasts before heading out on our day trips.

The nearest train station is just a 5 min walk away, and there’s a Lawson across the road, which was incredibly convenient. The station also has excellent connections to Namba, Umeda, and other parts of Osaka city.The airport limousines are just one train station away and was great to reach Kansai airport.

The building isn’t staffed all the time, but it feels secure, and our requests were handled quickly. The host was also very responsive, replying promptly throughout our stay.
The host allowed us to extend checkout by two hours since our flight was in the evening.

Cons:

Nothing I could think of.
