Highly recommended for Family on a Budget
Pros:

Perfect for a family on tour. This property gave us what we needed, we arrived at the property at around 10am but the standard check in was 4pm, they allowed us to leave our luggages in their storage room so we had ample time to roam around the area, experience food and appreciate the surroundings. The location is perfect as it is just 5 minute walk to the train station. We have three children, 14, 9 and 7 yrs old and they didn't have a hard time walking from the station back to the hotel. There is a nearby conbini as well where we could get what we needed for the next day. The rooms are clean, enough towels for all of us, they have clear instructions on how to use the facilities in the room. Highly recommended and if we will be back in Osaka, we won't mind checking in at the same property.

Excellent for families of young children. Clean, comfortable and reliable!
Pros:

Traveling as a family of 4 (7yo and 4yo) it’s always tricky with accommodations. However, Vermillion was a great choice for us! We had 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, for a total of 4 beds. The beds were comfortable and we felt rested each morning after long days out. The bathroom had a double vanity (wow!) and washing machine. My children loved the bathtub/shower combo and it was our first time having a fancy tub that could reheat the water. Even though the unit didn’t have a dryer, the dehumidifier setting for the shower easily dried our clothes overnight. The kitchen had all the essentials, however we only used a few cups and utensils. The balcony was also large and spanned the length of the unit! We were also able to stay comfortable from the cold with 3 different air units which worked flawlessly. It was also a short walk to the Imamiya station. Overall we were impressed and happy with our stay.

Clean, easily accessible and quiet.
Pros:

Host was wonderful. Instructions for all appliances were in Japanese and English - super helpful. Great location with access to the train and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Beds were comfy and it was really quiet. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you.

Cons:

It was too light for our family at night, but we used eye masks to get around that. I know space is limited, but would have been good to have another seating option as all four of us didn't fit on the couch :) Needed clearer directions on how to pay the property tax.

Pros:

Sehr grosse Zimmer mit genug viel Platz. Das Hotel selber ist auch sauber und man bekommt alle 2 Tage neue Tücher. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, jedoch ist die Zugstation sehr nahe womit man gut ins Zentrum kommt.
Es hat leider keine Rezeption, aber man kommt schnell mit einer Person in Kontakt mit dem Handy.

Cons:

Das Wohnzimmer war etwas komisch, da das Sofa sehr unangenehm war und der Fernseh war mitten im Zimmer, wo das Sofa leider nicht war.

Very clean nice hotel great location
Pros:

The room was big enough for 4 of us adults it was very clean great location very close to train station would definitely stay here again

Some knifes and a toaster would have been good but we made do without them
