Completely unacceptable due to our own and others experiences with trying to check-in.
Pros:

This was our second longer stay there in a month with family, so a two bedroom was perfect. A bit of translating is required to get used to the quirks of water heater, bathroom, washer setup (wash clothes in the washer, dry in the bath/shower)

Cons:

The only spot to sit is a rather small hard low sofabed (not used as a bed by us) in the living room. The big thing that is wrong with this place is that the check-in procedure is completely impenetrable after 10 or 12 hours of flight. I don't know how many times we came through the lobby and saw one or more parties perplexed as to how to get to their room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE UNTIL THEY FIX THE SYSTEM AND/OR HAVE A STAFF MEMBER ON DUTY AT THE DESK DURING CHECK-IN HOURS.

Modern comfort and location

Location is very convenient, one station away from Shinsekai area and Namba area, walking distance to the two different main districts areas, convenience store right across building entrance, building and room very clean modern, spacious and very comfortable communication is easy to reach with host. Host is very poly and and helpful and kind

Appartement très sympa et très bien situé!
Pros:

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité d'une station de train. Il est spacieux, les lits sont très confortables et c'est très propre. Il y a au rez-de-chaussée un distributeur de boisson (payant) et des sachets de café et de thé à disposition gratuitement à l'accueil. Une personne passe tous les 2/3 jours pour enlever la poubelle et changer les serviettes. La salle de bain est super!

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est la cuisine car impossible de faire un minimum de cuisine. Absence d'ustensiles pour faire la cuisine et pas de couteaux., pas de verres, etc...

FABULOUS! I would definitely stay here again and we were sad to leave.

Super appartement tout neuf dans un quartier très calme, mais idéalement situé pour visiter Osaka. Lopo Line a 350 m et Metro à 800 m.
