Tam Coc Condeluz Boutique Hotel

The actual room condition is not as nice as photo provided in expedia during booking. It is a misleading to customer when considering to book. And no lift only staircase to our room in level 3 which mean you need to carry your luggage up to 3 storey to room. However, it is located in good location which close enough for Tam Coc boat riding and plenty of restaurants and massage spa place.

The reality is different with the picture in expedia. No elevator, and no bellboy so please prepare to carry your own lugagges up to 3rd floors. They have only 9 rooms in the hotel, 3 rooms in each level. Breakfast is simple, but I like the cold plain pho with toufu. The room is not so clean, and property not well maintained. Spider web and ants were spotted in the room, but they cleaned it after we requested. Staff is trying the best to accomodate our request, but perhaps they are short handed. Anyway we just stayed for 2 nights, and most of the time we are out, and do not really spent our time inside the room, hence it does not matter. However the location is very good, considering the very close proximity to the Tam Coc boat ride and plenty of dining and massage places.

Pictures did not match with the room. Ac and refrigerator were barely working. The only positive was it was walking distance to food and the river.

The staff are lovely wonderful people. I felt the hotel was overpriced by a lot. The location is great as far as walkabiity. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Неожиданно отличный отель, просторный, отлично оборудованный номер, хорошая уборка, идеально чистая постель и полотенца, очень широкая кровать, хороший завтрак. Отдельно хочется отметить замечательный и отзывчивый персонал, всегда готовый придти на помощь. Хорошее расположение, до многих достопримечательностей при желании можно дойти пешком.
При следующем посещении Нинь Бинь с удовольствием снова остановлюсь в отеле Tam Coc Condeluz Boutique Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting Tam Coc. This hotel is a new property abd had just opened

Hotel is new hotel.hotel with every new furniture.the staff is always friendly and hostpitable. They are ready to give many information about Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, Trang An, Mua Cave, and more places.
Room is clean and new with bathtub. I have happy time here.I will come back here next time.

Room is clean , it is near Tam Coc bus and boat station so it is very convenient for me to visit Tamcoc and easier to take a bus to anywhere. The staff is so friendly and hospitable ! I came late but they still wait me to check in with smile ! The staff works 24/24 ! Reception is ready to help me more information about visiting places like Trang An Mua Cave! And more.. thank for all staff
