Uno spazio in esclusiva a Sarzana centro
Pros:

La manager era molto gentile e disponibile. Checkout facilissimo e veloce. Idem per il check-in. Camera silenziosa e spaziosa. Wifi con un buon segnale. Accesso automatico con pin. Bagno riscaldato ed essenziale. Pulizia ottima! Vista graziosa con veneziane. Il design della stanza era molto bello con carta da parati, mattoncino a vista e lampadario a discesa!

Cons:

La password per il Wi-Fi sarebbe meglio includerla nelle info al check-in o su booking o scriverla nelle info in camera (se c'era non l'ho trovata purtroppo). La colazione era di qualità un pochino bassa. Il materasso era un po' scomodo per un soggiorno di più di una notte e in bagno c'erano strettamente due prodotti mini.

Stanza estremamente pulita e calda ( presenti anche due coperte aggiuntive nell'armadio) , ambiente spazioso e doccia comoda. Il gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Esperienza che rifarei.

Simple et agréable
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était bon, pas loin du centre historique, pratique pour aller se promener à pied, d’autant plus que l’hôtel dispose d’un parking gratuit (attention cependant il n’y a que 10 places pour 15 chambres). Nous avons bien dormi malgré que ce soit un peu bruyant, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuné était agréable. La réceptionniste parlait français nous la remercions pour cela car c’était notre premier jour en Italie et nous avions du mal à prendre nos repères.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas trouvé l’accueil agréable et chaleureux à cause d’un mal entendu avec le parking. De plus la propreté de la salle de bain n’était pas géniale, il y avait des cheveux sur les poignées de porte de douche et parterre.

Pratico ed economico
Pros:

E’ al centro di Sarzana, ha un parcheggio privato interno e il personale molto disponibile.

Cons:

Aumenterei la parte salata della colazione, evitando formaggi e affettati. Magari con delle uova sode olio sale e aceto.
