A convenient location but inconvenient for people.
Pros:

The sheets and two towels were clean. The location was ideal, on Princes Street.

Cons:

The rooms are minimally functional, furnishings inexpensive and pre-fab plastic, it's windowless, a total of approximately 50-60 square feet which includes a bathroom about 12-14 square feet in size. There is no room to place suitcases other than the floor which then blocks the entryway. There isn't room for a single chair. There is no lift, no drinking glasses, no hand towels nor washcloths. There are two hooks and one triangular coat-hanger with horizontal shelf of about 1 square foot. If you like to sleep in the dark, bring eye masks as the night light cannot be turned off.

Good value but......
Pros:

Handy location for getting an early bus to the airport

Cons:

Noise from other guests kept us awake we had a 04:30 bus to catch, disturbing noise until after 01:00.

The location was only likeable aspect of hotel

Cons:

The lack of space, felt uncomfortably small with no space at all to put your things. There was an unsual smell at one point coming from one side of the wall. The noise was excessive and at the start you get the impression that someone is trying to open the door whether intentionally or by mistake which made it disconcerting for a solo traveller. You hear outside noise so easily with footsteps. I would not stay there again, too small, too tight, too closed in, and the noise and smell was offputtinh

Posizione ottima,personale disponibile ..non c'e bollitore in camera ma macchina caffe /the in reception a 1 euro,acqua calda per tisane gratis,e acqua refrigerata per riiempire bottiglia gratis

Le stanze sono molto piccole,ma lo sapevo,sono camere con un letto matrimoniale alla francese e non ci sta niente altro,ma io ero sola,quindi per me bene

部屋からはエジンバラ城が見えるし、周りには色んな店もあってロケーションは最高でした。
またスタッフの方も親切で助かりました。

Pros:

Super emplacement toute la ville est accessible à pied et plein de bus s’arrête dans la rue
Nous avions une chambre au 3e étage (attention il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais j’avais fait la demande d’une chambre en étage élevé en connaissance de cause) et la vue était exceptionnelle sur le château

Living in a box! No more!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für mich gut!

Cons:

Auf 1,5qm Stehfläche konnte man nicht mal den Koffer ordentlich abstellen. Das Bad glich einem Wohnmobil. Das Bett war groß und nur über einen 70cm breiten Einstieg zu erklimmen. Kein Aufzug! Die Abstellmöglichleit die vorhanden war, war lediglich das Bett. Sehr kaltes Bad, welches nie trocken wurde!

L’hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente, servita da ristoranti, farmacie, fermate degli autobus, negozi, supermercati; le attrazioni principali sono raggiungibili a piedi. Bellissima la vista sul castello. La struttura non presenta l’ascensore e le camere e i bagni sono molto molto piccoli, ma è tutto scritto nella descrizione dell’hotel quindi niente da dire.

Would have been nice to have had a kettle. Sockets near the bed would have been useful.
