Great location, experimental accommodation & looking at the castle!

The man at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Terrible stay

Location was the only plus.

Cons:

The room was boiling, there was no hot water, moths in the room, tv did not work and hairs on the bed. I'd have been better booking a youth hostel for the same money. I'll not be back.

Nightmare visit
Pros:

We arrived here on the 30th of January with my boyfriend and the experience was absolutely terrible, we walked in and reception is upstairs with no lift with a full sized suitcase the receptionist wasn’t very helpful at all and it was our first time visiting the city, we walked into the room and I’ve stayed in multiple easy hotels before but this was worse than a hostel, was boiling and no air con, the smallest room ever! I popped to reception to ask could we move to a different room with a window because I was extremely claustrophobic, and she didn’t care “no” was her answer and didn’t even try and help! we had to leave the hotel as I honestly couldn’t stay here any longer and the Receptionist didn’t even bother to ask if we were okay, do not stay here!
