安すぎて快適すぎて綺麗な無人のホテル
Pros:

無人で不安だったのですが、待ちもなく特に問題が起きなければ安すぎて快適すぎる最高のホテルでした！！！
また泊まる絶対に

Cons:

浴槽はありません。
朝食が少し歩いて別のホテルに行かなければ行けないところくらいです。私は特に気にしない

Very spacious and convenient location. Very secure place and close proximity to lots of shopping and eateries

Just the noise at night time due to having the maid cafe right by one of our bedrooms and we could hear the noise late at night.

Proximity to Namba Station, free breakfast was good, and luggage storage was handy. Staff was responsive.

Cons:

The room assigned was not the same as the photos. The room had no windows, was dark, and didn't even have a dining area. The photos of the unit showed a bright, sunny room, whereas this one had no natural light. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Cleanliness could have been better (kitchen ware was dirty and under the bed was quite dusty).

Pros:

They were very responsive and even delivered my luggage and other documents received that were delivered to their Central hotel location. They also kept my bags after check-out because I had a late flight. Overall they were great and I would recommend this hotel group to anyone. The breakfast was also really nice.
