Comfortable stay in great location.
Pros:

Great location. 2 minute walk to supermarket and 7/11 stores, 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants, 10 minute walk to the busier area, 15 minute walk to Dotonburi. Breakfast was excellent - buffet style with plenty of western and Japanese options. Room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Наверно самый лучший вариант, который только можно представить. Сочетание удобств частной квартиры и отеля. Много места, отдельные спальни, всем комфортно. В круглосуточном свободном доступе всё, что нужно - полотенца, халаты, зубные щётки, бритвы, туалетная бумага, не надо ни у кого ничего просить. Очень удобный вход по код-паролю - не надо с собой ключи носить. Уборка была 1 раз в 5 дней в заранее согласованное время. Мы даже не уходили, потому что комнат много, и никто друг другу не мешал. Расположение идеальное. До вокзала минут 10 пешком. Там же находятся несколько огромных торговых центров, лучшего места для шопинга не придумать. Недалеко целых два Kurasushi - ресторана с суши на конвейере.

Cons:

Вообще всё отлично. Но какие-то мелочи можно было бы добавить. Например, маленькие ёмкости с солью и с растительным маслом. А то жалко на неделю покупать большие упаковки.

Good hotel but with room for small improvements
Pros:

Its a great location and the rooms are nice and big.

The self checkin and staffles system generally works well.

Cons:

There were several things i feel could be improved, Although the overall experience was good.

- The couch was way too hard, not comfortable at all

- Although the projector was cool I would have liked the option for a HDMI input. I know this projector series has a wireless HDMI connector and for the price of the room i think it would be a reasonable upgrade to help guests enjoy it more.

- The staff sees the emails but do not answer them always. If you ask for something it will be done, but there is not always a reply back. This is not considered a good practice in the service industry. Even if the reply is just "Thank you for your email, we will.. etc" the guests will feel more at ease. If you dont reply how would the guests know youve seen it, this must be improved for the price.

Pros:

Good location and the staff were very responsive and helpful, despite being offsite. Fantastic luggage service - unlike many apartments, will accept luggage forwarding services (at an associated hotel) and when we arrived our luggage was waiting for us in our apartment. We really appreciated this servoce.

Cons:

The kitchen - there was very little in it! A few bowls and small plates plus forks and spoons. No tea cups, mugs, dinner sized plates, knives, and minimal utensils to cook with. Also no basics such as tea, coffee etc. provided. Basically it was a kitchen with very little in it! Otherwise the accommodation was great for the price.

Cons:

ところどころ設備が壊れていた、例えばベッドランプが使えなかったり、水道の蛇口台がぐらぐらで使いにくかったり。宿泊代が安くないホテルなのでその辺をもう少し点検、修理するべきだと思った。

Pros:

La localización, muy céntrico, puedes ir andando hasta Dotonbori y además el proceso de check in y check out es súper rápido y automático, además de que la habitación es bastante grande.

Cons:

La cama doble son dos camas individuales unidas, y los colchones un poco duros.

Really enjoyed our family stay.
Pros:

Although no physical people to check you in or out, the system worked well. Easy to navigate the area and there was so much within walking distance it was great.

Cons:

No dryer for clothes, or an airer to hang them on. The couch was very low and uncomfortable - not bad enough that it ruined our stay, but just could have been better.
