Please note, in case of early departure, the total amount of reservation will be charged.

The hotel features 2 parkings: one is situated in front of the hotel at cost of Eur 15 per night and available from 12:00 noon on arrival day until 12:00 noon on departure day. Reservation is needed.
The second parking is about 500 metres away, in Via Cesare Arici, always available without reservation, at the cost of Eur 7 per night.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

We recently stayed in Hotel Serenella for 12 nights. We found the staff to be exceptionally pleasant and helpful. In fact, one member in particular, Sara, went beyond the call of duty to help us when we had an incident with our car rental on our very first day. She took control of the situation by liaising with our rental company on our behalf, as we don't speak Italian, and organised her own mechanic to come and remedy the situation! All resolved within 24 hours! Other staff including Patricia and Sergio were most helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant at all times. Breakfast was served every morning on the patio and there was a great selection to choose from. Lunch could be ordered while you sunbathe on the private jetty on the lake and delivered to you with a smile. We would have no hesitation in recommending this gorgeous family run hotel which is situated in the most beautiful part of Sermione and we will definitely be back.

Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, tranquilla e comodissima per raggiungere tutte le località più famose del lago, a due passi dalle terme e 1 km dalle grotte di Catullo.
Staff cordiale e disponibile sia con noi che con la nostra cagnolona (25 kg).
Ottima colazione, camere pulite e confortevoli.

Hotellpersonalen var så hjälpsamma och supertrevliga.Stor eloge till Sara, Patricia och Sergio. Kunde engelska.Bra kontakt via watchapp. Nära till strand, butiker och restauranger. Fin service.

Bazén, umístění, soukromá pláž (molo) 50m od hotelu

Cons:

Velice komplikovaná cesta autem k hotelu!!! Nejdříve bylo nutno si zařídit vjezd do uzavřené oblasti historického centra Sirmione, přes závoru - pomohla nám ochotná slečna v informacích. A potom doslova prodírání autem skrz davy turistů úzkými uličkami cca 1/5km.
Parkování katastrofa - cca 400m od hotelu v prudkém stoupání. Pro starší lidi hodně náročné, obzvláště při teplotách nad 30°C.

Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich, die Lage ist mehr als perfekt und ruhig + privater Seeabschnitt mit Steg zum See und die Liegen sind auch kostenfrei nutzbar, zur Altstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten durch den Park. Mega tolles (Familien)Hotel, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 😍

Nach der Durchfahrt durchs Zemtrum, wieder ruhig und sehr schön.
Eigener Steg mit Liegen und Zugang zum Gardasee..Haus erinnert leicht an alte Filme von Agatha Christie.
Schönes Frühstück.

A really good small and friendly hotel
Pros:

As soon as you go through the front door you are aware of the friendly atmosphere created by the family and staff. Rooms are comfortable and individually furnished and immaculately kept. Ordering breakfast the day before works really well resulting in food being fresh. The staff are so helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area just a few minutes from the bustle of Sirmione. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.
