Please note, in case of early departure, the total amount of reservation will be charged.

The hotel features 2 parkings: one is situated in front of the hotel at cost of Eur 15 per night and available from 12:00 noon on arrival day until 12:00 noon on departure day. Reservation is needed.
The second parking is about 500 metres away, in Via Cesare Arici, always available without reservation, at the cost of Eur 7 per night.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Certainly not worth the money

The breakfast

Cons:

Fridge only worked on the last day. Was put in a room on the first night with non working AC (during Italian heatwave) no bathroom door. Very dangerous slippery bath. Very rude owner who shouted at us rudely regarding a small incident about not getting our eggs for breakfast (he said we crossed it off the list (he made such a fuss about this and it was very upsetting)

Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect. Tucked away just beyond the town centre, on a quiet lane. This was our second stay at this hotel and we would highly recommend, it's a little quirky which we like very much. The breakfast is lovely, beautifully presented and all the staff are very helpful. This is a real family run hotel and is shows in the care they take to make your stay a memorable one. It has a great little pool area, a shady terrace where you have breakfast and lunch if you choose. A short walk down the lane brings you to the lake and a private jetty, with sun beds and steps down in to the lake for a swim. You can message the hotel bar, and they will bring drinks to you as you soak in the beautiful views.
We will definately be back again. Thank you Hotel Seranella

Lovely relaxed time on Lake Garda
Pros:

The jetty onto the lake is a real bonus, and the location in is in quiet part of town, yet everything is a short walk away. Fabulous breakfast outside in the garden

Cons:

Takeaway breakfast wasn't great, but that's not really the fault of the hotel

Ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Urlaub.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war topp, auf einer Landzunge. Es gab Sonnenliegen und -schirme sowie Badehandtücher für die Hotelgäste.
Zum Zentrum von Sirmione waren es ca. 5 - 10 Gehminuten.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit Balkon. Auf dem Balkon waren zwei Sessel und ein Tisch.
Sauberkeit von Zimmer und Bad war sehr gut. Pflegeprodukte waren im Bad.
Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen am Tisch serviert. Es war alles sehr gut und frisch. Auf einer Liste konnte man ausfüllen, was für Essenswünsche man für den nächsten Tag hat.

Cons:

Das Bad war soweit in Ordnung, könnte renoviert werden.
Ablagemöglichkeiten haben gefehlt.

Far (not too far) from the madding crowd
Pros:

We just had a lovely weeks stay, everyone was just fantastic, helpful and attentive.

The hotel is situated just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of Sirmione just past the Spa in a quiet spot, perfect for getting away from all the crowds yet still close enough to all the restaurants and bars.

Breakfast is ordered the day before, which is a great idea and is of the highest quality.

What makes it a special place is the family owners and their staff, we were treated if as nothing was too much trouble and with the utmost respect and courtesy.

The room was cleaned daily to a high standard and contained everything you’d need.

Thank for an amazing stay at your hotel.
