Pros:

Потрібно було просто переночувати в Софії. Про те що готель знаходиться на висоті 1750м дізналися вже по факту. В ресторані готують смачно. Ліжка комфортні.

Cons:

дорога до готелю - 12км брущаткою в гору, пор це ми не знали коли робили бронювання

Хубави и чисти стаи. Любезен персонал. Но закуската беше ужасна. Изсъхнали кашкавал и сирена, както и побелели маслини. Добре, че имаше палачинки и кафе.

Good location, comfortable beds, superb views. There's a bus stop just in front of the hotel. The rooms had good noise insulation. It was very clean, except for a few spider webs on the walls.

Cons:

The food was nothing special. The breakfast was actually disappointing. The service was OK, but below the standards you'd expect for this price. There was a slight noise throughout the night. The bathroom window with a view from the bed was just absurd.

Love it, my favourite hotel in Bulgaria

‏האווירה באמצע שום מקום, בגובה מבודד, מזכיר את יערות הכרמל

‏הג׳קוזי היה סבבה אבל לא מדהים, בכללי מאוד אהבתי את הפינה של הספא ואת החדר הגיע מול היער, יש ספסל אבן בספא ששנה שעברה היה מחומם והשנה לא כאילו לא היה מספיק קר כנראה, וגם החימום ממתכת שבדרך כלל שמים מגבות כדי שיתייבשו יותר מהר(תכלס החימום של החדר שירותים) היה כבוי, ולא היה אפשר להדליק אותו, לא היה באמת קר מספיק כדי שאצטרך חימום פשוט היה מעט קריר והיה נחמד לי אם זה עובד לפי החלטת הלקוח ולא ראשי לכל החדרים

Всё было супер. Отель чистый и красивый, местоположение супер. Нам всей семье очень понравилось. Так же хочу отметить что есть игровая комната . Хороший расслабляющий СПА , и ресторан супер!

Детский диванчик был жёсткий, но в целом всё хорошо!

The hotel was nice but it was not the relaxing atmosphere the name suggests. I expected
Pros:

The location and facilities were good.
The young waitress was very pleasant and welcoming.

Cons:

Too much noise in the spa on the 2nd day of my stay because children were playing loudly and their mother was non stop talking on the phone. So not at all a relaxing environment
I booked a room with a view but there was not a view as tall trees blocked what would have been an amazing view.
