Great location in the heart of Asakusa!
Pros:

Great location - right by the Asakusa Ginza Subway stop. Walk to Sensoji Temple and the entertainment area behind the hotel. Staff was great. Rooms were clean, and small (but typical for Japanese hotels). I did. Not spend much time in the hotel room anyway.

Great Hotel. Perfect for staying in Tokyo
Pros:

This was a great hotel. It was super clean, and our room was a really good size. Location is terrific for getting around as the subway is directly across the road. It is also close to the shrine and shopping area which also has plenty of restaurants.
They have free coffee/tea on the 3rd floor. We opted for breakfast each morning, and the buffet was OK.
I would definitely stay here again.

Poor customer service.
Pros:

Ridiculous 1000 yen (per bag) baggage hold fee when we were returning guests after leaving for just one night. We spent over 300k yen at this hotel and they still charged us for holding bags for the one day we were gone in the middle of our stay. Condescending and rude comment from staff member Mr. Pathak about holding our luggage. Completely unprofessional behavior. We were treated better at every other hotel we stayed in Japan (with no luggage fees either!). I will not stay at Tobu hotel or any of their affiliates on future trips to Japan. Spend your money where you will be treated better.

Pros:

Front desk was efficient with check in and departure. The room was compact but clean and in relatively new. We learned to use space under the bed for our suitcases to allow more room.

Pros:

Tobu is in an excellent location, close to attractions and transport. The hotel is clean and safe. One feature I especially liked was that the information about the coin laundry appers on the room TV screen.

Pros:

Excellent location near Asakusa station. Direct train from both NRT and HND airport with no transfer. Very clean, soundproof. Highly recommended.Need 48 hours reservation if you went to transfer luggage from the hotel to the airport. We missed that, carrying luggage and dealing stairs in the train station is not fun.

Very close to Asakusa station, SenSo-Ji Temple and many food options nearby. The rooms were spacious and shower pressure was great! I wish they had hand soap available where the toilet is

Pros:

Best buffet breakfast, Japanese vs Western, excellent service.😊
Convenient location, within walking distance from Sensoji Temple and all the street vendors and eateries, right across from the Asakusa station, great to shop at the Ekimese and the food vendors in the basement.
Room was incredibly comfortable with modern amenities. Room Temperature was adjustable and we loved the shower!
Would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely stay there again with our next Japan visit!

Pros:

We really appreciated how close the hotel was to Asakusa station as well as to local sites such as Senoji Temple. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We are big walkers and took numerous trips on foot to the Skytree area.
I know it comes with travel in Japan, but our room was very small. That’s not a complaint about the hotel, but just helping to set realistic expectations. In that same vein, the mattress was extremely firm, bordering on painfully firm (and we are people who would normally prefer a firm mattress).
We would likely stay here again as the staff and location outweighs our couple complaints about the room.

Great Tokyo Option
Pros:

Great space and a large room. The front desk was accommodating and it was great being right next to the train station. Finally it was technically walking distance to the skytree which was nice!
