BOUTIQUE Hotel by Continental Park

There was a construction in the hotel and they did not notify first of all. And when the crazy drilling sound began, they said it is unavoidable from 9am-6pm, but the following morning really loud drilling started from 7:30am. I made audio recordings as proof. It felt like right above my room but hotel said it is entire floors. Horrible. If I knew this was on, I would've changed the hotel.
The room was quite dark and light was not enough, and it was cold and they heater was not working.
The gym was pathetic and it was broken anyway - a tiny room with two broken old machine. They should not list gym as an option to be fair.
The bed was not comfortable and very small - it was not the quality of 4 star- hotel.
They also did not have a choice of late check out.

Pilatus golden circle loop was a fantastic day and greatly enjoyed.
Boat cruise on Lake Luzern made for a perfect afternoon.
All activities were easily accessible from the hotel.

We chose a junior suite as I wake up much earlier than my wife. The suite had good amenities, had been recently renovated, and had a very comfortable bed w soft pillows, which was not that common to my surprise in Switzerland! Staff were helpful although when we arrived it was crowded so had to wait to check-in. Location is great-next to train station but safe good neighborhood. Orbitz sends the wrong address where there's no entrance; correct address is for Continental Park Hotel right around the corner

Located just a short walk across the street from Lucern Station. Clean hotel with comfortable facilities. Excellent breakfast. Close to many restaurants, market, historic sites of interest, shopping. Easy check in and out process. Reasonable price. Close to river running path. Highly recommend.

Love their balcony with a view. The hotel is next to the train station. It’s one minute Quiet and safe.

Very friendly and helpful reception counter staffs. Stefan even offered us bottled water when we were checking out for us to stay hydrated. The hotel is very near the train station and easy to wheel luggage from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is just opposite Migros and there is also a side entrance to the train station platform from there. Very convenient esp if it is raining. There is airconditioning at the hotel, so we can keep our windows closed, which are quite sound proof. The room was very clean. The only thing is there is still a half flight of steps to carry luggage from the lift to our room. Also, everything in the mini bar is not complimentary except one bottle of water but even that never got replenished. For 3 guests in the room, we were given only one small tube of hair conditioner and this was also never refilled by room service during our 4 nights stay there. Room cleaning staff also did not knock before entry and they entered while we were still in the room. Other than that, the room is well maintained and spotless The hotel doesnt provide luggage rack, so all our luggages had to be on the floor. The placement of the sink is too near the wall and shallow, leading to splashes and the tissue box below the sink to be soaked.
