Der Duschschlauch war kaputt, so dass wir die Dusche nicht nutzen konnten. Sehr ärgerlich für den Preis, den man zahlt. Dazu gab es keinerlei Ansprechpartner!

Lage und Größe gut, Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht!
Pros:

Die Lage in der Stadt ist gut und die Wohnung ist von der Größe ausreichend für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern

Cons:

Leider sind die Fenster zu einem Innenhof in dem es die ganze Nacht bis 3 Uhr Nachts sehr laut war, so als ob direkt dort ein Nachtclub wäre. Schlafen war selbst mit Oropax nur schwer möglich.

Tolle Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar
Pros:

Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Modernes Badezimmer mit Pflegeprodukten.
Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal da, bin aber nicht sicher, ob wir nochmals dieses Hotel wählen würden.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich stört es uns nicht, wenn keiner da ist und die Zimmer nicht gemacht werden, im Gegenteil.
Jedoch würden wir erwarten, dass die Zimmer nach der Reinigung auch noch kontrolliert werden, z.b. ist genügend Toilettenpapier vorhanden, funktionieren die Lampen etc.
Bei uns war eine Leselampe defekt, sowie das Deckenlicht beim Wasserkocher.
Leider kann man beim großen Parkplatz in der Nähe (Weißquartierplatz) nur noch 4 Stunden parkieren.
Haben aber eine Alternative gefunden (Parkhaus Stadtmitte). :))

Correcte pour un court séjour.
Pros:

L'hôtel se trouve en plein centre ville de Landau, pratiquement en zone piétonne. On peu garer la voiture devant l'hôtel pour décharger. Un parking publique se trouve à 5 min a pied.
La chambre - au 2ème etage - donne sur une cour intérieure, celle ci est la terrasse (avec une vingtaine de tables) d'un restauran. Apres 22h tout est calme.

Cons:

L'équipement de la chambre est très minimaliste. Les "fauteuils" et la table carrée au grand pied rond sont pas confortable du tout pour y prendre son petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Check-in was staff-less; key obtained via a key-safe, which is fine. Finding that safe however was not easy and not pointed out clearly, whereas the key-deposit for check-out was very visible and easy to find. Also the info about parking was outdated; the location very close by but the costs were very different. Maximum stay half a day for about 8 Euro (the info mentioned full-day stay for few euro). The check-in mail referred to info about breakfast; that was missing

Pros:

Das tolle Personal und der erstklassige Service. Habe Problem per Chat gemeldet und sofort Rückruf bekommen. Problem wurde ebenfalls sofort behoben. Spitze. Dank auch an das Servicepersonal

Cons:

Duschen sind in vielen Hotels eine Schwachstelle, weil Duschköpfe oder Druckköpfe oft verkalkt sind. Funktioniert dennoch.
