I like the design of the hotel and the staff.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, clean and unique. The staff is super friendly. It takes 18-20 min to go to the beach, but the hotel is nearby the Food street with lots of nice places to eat. I recommend.

Hồ bơi dơ, cũ kỹ, xuống cấp và khách không thể sử dụng. Sàn gỗ bị gãy thủng lỗ, lầu 6 dường như không được dọn dẹp để phụ vụ khách. Hồ bơi nước bẩn. Gạch vỡ, ghế cũ, sàn dơ,… không khác gì nhà hoang. Phòng cũ, bí, tối. Ti vi hư hết 3 cái. Cầu thang bộ hẹp dốc quá nguy hiểm. Phòng không hề rẻ mà chất lượng rất tệ

Needs an update, might be ok for a few nights as it's a good location for food
Pros:

The location was great - very close to lots of good food! The bed was comfy enough and the room had a sitting area (we were in one of the pink rooms that only had a small window). They provided robes.

Cons:

The pool was not maintained well so we didn't use it (the chairs were rusted, it wasn't very full, the boards around the pool were loose in many places). The room smelled musty and overall had a worn feel to it. The shower had only small glass partitions so water got all over the floor. There was no fridge in it even though it was listed as having a minibar, but they did bring one in when we asked about it.
