Pros:

There was no physical staff, but very responsive remotely.
Beds were good and comfortable.

Cons:

The room windows should really change to HR++ double wall glass to avoid noises. The noise level was very high seems like u r in the street. The situation with a baby was not so easy.

とてもいいホテルでした!
Pros:

周辺の交通施設や観光地に近くてよかったです。またエレベーターがあったので、沢山の荷物を運ぶのが楽でした。

施設が清潔で、客室が広き、アメニティのクオリティも良かったので、とても満足でした。

Cons:

トイレの洗面台側にコンセントがなくてドライヤーを使えないのが残念でした。

No me gustó que habia ventana pero daba directamente a un muro, vamos como si no hubiese, debería mencionarse más claro en la descripción de la habitación porque no se puede airear correctamente si te quedas varios días

Pros:

The room was huge for Japan and the beds were very comfortable. It also had a little kitchenette which we didn’t use but I think it adds value. The location was pretty good, quiet but at the same time walking distance from main tourist points.

Cons:

I didn’t like not having reception or any staff around the hotel anytime. We wanted to use the luggage transportation from Osaka to Tokyo and we had to handle ir ourselves. Also, the bathroom faucet was leaking and we had to put a towel around to avoid having all our stuff wet.

最高！！！
Pros:

なんば南海線や他の地下鉄にも近くとても良かったです！少し歩いた先にコインランドリーやコンビニがあって便利でした。

Cons:

部屋の外から少し話し声か聞こえてしまうことですが部屋に入ってしまえば気になりませんでした。
