Comfortable with great service
Pros:

The location is perfect, walking distance from most things within the CBD but not too central where the surrounding streets are overly congested. The service was excellent, and we even got a complementary upgrade to a better room because it was our wedding anniversary. The room was a great size, and the facilities were exceptional and clean. We were very comfortable staying at the W Melbourne - would absolutely return

Cons:

Not a huge deal, but I wished the wet pool was heated as it’s open 24/7 so a night swim felt extremely cold.

Would stay again but for the a/c
Pros:

The bathrooms were impeccable in the rooms, breakfast was delivered very fast to the pool and generous servings.

Cons:

The ac was stuck on 22 and the room was very uncomfortable to sleep in as it seemed to cycle on/off very frequently and would get stuffy then cool.
I woke up feeling very puffy in the face.

Pros:

I took my partner here for his birthday and it was a pleasant stay. The champagne on arrival was a nice touch. The staff that we encountered throughout our stay were friendly and helpful.
The bed was super comfortable, with a spacious bathroom (and a nice surprise at the toilet/bidet….heat seat, yes please!).

Cons:

The pool water could have been slightly warmer

Pool was gorgeous, warm. Gym was basic but maintained. My kids had a great time.

Cons:

No spa or sauna.
Bed sagged in the centre, didn’t sleep much.

A fun hotel in a convenient location!
Pros:

The layout of the room is unusual but comfortable.
We love the location of the hotel as it is in close proximity to many attractions of the city. The staff are helpful though they seem aloof at times.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

So there is a ghost in my room which keeps playing with the sensor lamp and I asked for a room change they said it’s fully booked
Firstly they should not give me the room as I’m only traveling by myself and the hygiene level is bad I found a short hair on my bed
