Pros:

My wife and I came here the night of our wedding and the check in process was outstanding. The service they provide from the moment you get there to the moment you leave, made the stay extra better. We didn’t want to check out.

Cons:

Only minor issues but there was no shower cap in the bathroom and the handheld shower head was not adjustable if you didn’t want to use the rain head shower.

Proximity to Melbourne centre. Staff. Gym.

Cons:

Really dislike the auto toilets. Dark room. Lots of noise outside at night. Poor shower. Very weirdly designed room... focused too hard to be funky rather than functional. Needs a better arrangement for breakfast buffet - limited space between tables and the counter, was bad when busy.
