I had the lead in room and was blown away with all the inclusions and touches

Service was great - location and room cant fault
Issue with room being charged twice as booked through 3rd party but then hotel took payment directly also...which woke up to the next day - went to front desk to rectify which they were very apologetic by - none the less not a seamless experience when being charged twice for 1 night stay - just an inconvenience and not what you expect for that level of standard. Money was refunded the next day - but would have been good if they got to the issue and raised it before we did.
Very nice hotel, comfortable and central. The room was generous and very comfortable.
The toilet in our room wasn’t working as intended (Japanese toilet) breakfast was expensive for what it was.

I really loved how beautiful, clean, and aesthetic the hotel was. The pool area was especially lovely and relaxing, and I really appreciated that the gym was open 24 hours. Our daughters also really enjoyed the room and especially the bath, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our family. It was a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday.
Spa area to have sauna and jacuzzi
The room was absolutely gorgeous so clean and tidy the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful which made the stay so much more relaxing I will definately be recommending to friends and staying again in future!
